      This is the place to go for all your title needs. I have used various title companies in various states and Nez Perce LnT takes the gold. First, they answer the phone and will help at that first interaction. It only gets better in person. They are polite, professional, and put you as their number one concern. When I was there I felt as if I was their center of the universe. All they cared about was helping me. Which is rare in today’s world. Don’t make the mistake of going elsewhere, stop and call Nez Perce Land and Title. Thanks Joe! Good luck with that Tarpon fishing!

      We have used Land Title several times over the years and have always been incredibly pleased with the staff and service we received. Our appointments have been on time and we're always offered a beverage upon entering. The information is clearly explained and our questions are professionally answered. We also found their fees to be lower than others that we compared against. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a title company.

      Everyone at land title is knowledgeable, organized, helpful and friendly. I have had multiple experiences here and they have all been excellent. Theirs is an industry that can be really complex and it's of great value to have such excellent help.

      Unfortunately it took us 3 different experiences to learn that this title service is horrible. Experience #1- Bought a lot in Lapwai Id. and when they did lien search only used an address and not the name of the owner. Did not cross reference these two and ended up costing $800 in city utility lien. Experience #2- Bought a home in Spaulding Id. paid over $1400 in title search, property descriptions etc. This first finance was done through their office as an escrow account due to the sale being an estate sale. We refinanced 7 months later. The original purchase price was based off of their first title search confirming that the land was 6.62 acres. In the refinancing, not only where we charged again for their title search, they discovered their error in the first purchase and we find out that we have over paid for only 4.94 acres because of newly discovered deeds that have always been available at the county recorders office. Experience #3- This office has absolutely no accountability for their mistakes. When these things where pointed out, at the time they happened, there is no compensation for their customers. No course of action to fix their mistakes. If you have any choice to use a different title company do so. I guarantee that when we purchase our next city lots and parcels of land, part of the deal will be that Land Title will not be part of the process.

      You are right about the accountability issue here. I had a trailer escrow and it had a tax issue, but they didn't send the tax notice to me until after the state sold the trailer. I showed the the dated envelope, proof of their failure, and they refused to give it back! They know very well what they did. Edit: It was under Carl Topp, a trailer title in Nampa Idaho. What makes me mad is the two girls that took the envelope and wouldnt give it back! I showed them the date. It was mailed to me after the trailer was sold at a tax sale. I was the conservator of the estate at the time, trying to solve a situation and this company acted horribly and stressed me out.
