Lobo-Perez1They ruined my bullion coin, I trusted they'd know what they're dealing with but apparently not. They must have used an electronic gold tester on it and burnt the alloy in the spot they tested, its an American eagle the most common bullion, you can tell it's not 24k just by the color or is this how they test 22k also? My fault for needing a loan and trusting a pawn shop, I just want people to know that these guys have no clue what they're doing.

freddy mendoza1This place has been scamming people out of money for years. They dont know the difference between a TV and a monitor or the fact that you can use a monitor as a TV if you have a satellite service with an HDMI cable. They tried to give me 40 dollars for a 400 dollar monitor that was still in the box with all the plastics still on it, never turned on and with the receipt on it. As well as trying to sell me a used rifle that is worth 300 dollars new with a scope that is worth 100 dollars new for 350 dollars. You could tell the rifle was very used with a lot of buildup in the chamber and a dirty and scratched barrel as well as lots of dust and scratches on the scope. Unless you really know what you're buying and/or pawning and the value of it I wouldnt go there. I'm not sure if its greed or plain not knowing the price of things but I would avoid this place. If you need a rifle or handgun go to 123 pawn or better yet buy new from sportsmans they even have layaway. Ranch and home and cascade have good prices as well.

Jo D5I can’t say enough good things about this company! We had a mix up on dates and one other issue. Heirloom sterling silver set from my mother would have been unintentionally lost!! I was so distraught about the possibility of losing them. Went in and did not expect the kindness and consideration given to us and our situation. They didn’t have to give us back our items but they did willingly.

alli cat2Well I thought they were the best in town, but recently I took a saphfire ring in to pawn for just a day wich I bought the ring from them for 279.00 and they wanted to only give me 30.00 ,This either means they sell junk or are crooks. I have the original receipt for 279.00 and am getting it appraised some were else and if it is not a saphfire i am turning them in for selling junk.

Jerf Hermertin5Great shop. I think it's the best pawn shop in Walla Walla. The only thing that sucks about them is they don't have a great gun selection very often. They still get some gems every now and again but they're honest, fair and friendly. Definitely the place to go.

Big Daddy LongStroke5My darling bought me our forever 💕 ring. Great service from beginning to end. Will return to make Ring more solid and heavier. Thank you for the memories.

Nikki Dee Saunders1Was treated rudely by the owner. I put a deposit on a TV. I then changed my mind. She would not give me my deposit back. That was 1. Then when I went to borrow against my laptop. The offer was a joke. $45 loan on a $600 laptop. What a joke!

A C1Wish had negative star rating. The hags there think they are selling high end jewelry or something and the firearms, well, was sold a rifle one year and was told every firearm is tested downstairs before it is put out. We went to go shooting only to have the rifle go "ping" (watch out deer! I'm gonna ping ya!) Also, before you go inside their place, be prepared to not get good customer service as with Walla Walla Pawn because the lookers behind the counter slept thru customer service training class and also from 3rd person perspective they tend to treat their different race customers a little different. I mean it was like their facial expressions would change voice tones, etc..almost like they were basically saying to them "hurry up and buy or hurry up and get the HELL out!" Also hag ladies, you girls are as ugly on the outside as you are inside you really are no better than anyone else when you step outside during a rainstorm you also will get rained on. The clouds will not suddenly part for you.

William Hamlin1Went into the store at 4:10 pm with a closing time of 5pm. I was interested in looking at handguns. I was informed they were put away and I would need to come back another time.I have a WCC permit so am not some " gang banger." Won't go back again.

Paul Berdnikov1These clowns tried to scam me twice, the last time was when the lady offered me $40 to BUY my $1500 diamond pendant (I had it appraised), and she knew it was real! Another time they sold me a broken Xbox, saying it works great! Also, their prices are terrible!
