      I actually like suncoast. Most of the employees are very nice. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because of the atm. I work weekends and every weekend when I try to deposit my earnings at the atm it’s ALWAYS full. This means I have to make a special trip out on Monday morning to make that deposit. This has been an issue for several years. I know I’m not the only one who has this issue. I’ve been told I can go to the port Charlotte location to make the deposit but honestly that’s not a solution. The solution to this problem would be have a second atm (even if it’s a free standing inside the building) or have Saturday hours (like all the other banks). Most Monday's I don’t need to leave my house but because of your failing atm I have to make a trip out and now with gas prices nearing $5 a gallon it’s even more frustrating.. I’m actually considering changing banks.

      Second month in a row when money is just missing from my account. I balance my account every day. First time missing 20.00, spoke with Suncoast got no help. Now this month my account is missing 100.00. Is anyone else experiencing this.

      Everyone is always so helpful and nice inside the bank. I can’t say I ever received bad customer service. I wish their ATM was more reliable or they had more than one since it’s a busy branch. Also if the coin machine worked more often that would be nice too.

      *UPDATE* Suncoast reached out on a comment here to email them, so I did. I still have not received a call. Went to Chase across the street and secured a business loan on the spot. ___________ | Havent even been to this location, but after speaking with someone on the phone from Suncoast, she tried getting me on the line with someone at the NorthPort location, we both waited 30 minutes and she said she would have someone from Suncoast call me since it took forever, nobody ever called me, I also inquired online about opening a business account a week ago and nobody reached out. They obviously do not want new customers.. I will look elsewhere. DONT BANK WITH SUNCOAST YOU WILL NEVER TALK TO A PERSON

      Staff needs better training!! We've been members at this location for the last several years. On Monday (while paying car loan at the window), I was told my Husband must come into the branch to sign a form for auto-pay. I told them he works the same business hours and was then given the hours to the Venice branch. He tried getting to that branch every day before 530p and finally made it today, Friday. The tellers boyfriend was inside the Venice branch telling her he was sick with Covid!! When my Husband told her why he was there, she tapped a couple of keys on the computer and said you're all set! He said 'so I didn't have to sign anything?!' She said 'no, that could be done online or over the phone?!!' Thank you for SO much aggravation and for the exposure to Covid.

      If I could give the North Port branch it would be a negative 5. But I can’t. The North Port location has a manager that is clueless, tried to use this location but was unable to when we were skipped over after we were told to wait in our car. Others walked right in and were taken care of. all the manager would say “what do you want me to do”....and no offer to assist other then it would be another 30 to 45 minute wait. I Reached out to member services and filed a complaint to be escalated to the VP. After this situation I was ready to close all of my accounts....but we went to the Pt Charlotte branch and were treated as we should have been. I would give the Pt Charlotte branch and member services 5 plus stars. I will never go to the North Port location again. I have been in customer service over 30 years and never treated anyone with a little respect as the North Port branch manager.
