DON'T LET KASSIDEE ATTEND TO YOU🚫⛔⛔🚫 So I went over to this branch to open an account and the teller there called Kassidee was very rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional. Zero customer service Zero information from her She seemed upset to even attend to me and acted like she was doing me a favor to open an account there. Zero smile from her She really needs to be taken to the back office. Even when I asked for information on the different types of checking account available, she was very reluctant to hand over the paper containing information for me to make a chioce until the other teller beside her desk handed it to her to pass on to me. I felt so uncomfortable so much that I quit the bank opening process half way and left because I was too irritated with her attitude. Her facial expression looked like she didn't want to attend to me. STAY AWAY FROM KASSIDEE ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A NON WHITE CUSTOMER OR POTENTIAL CUSTOMER.

Alright, buckle up. Back in may, I lost my job and had recurring overdrafts over a period of one week. They charged me four overdrafts, but with a phone call to Kenzie, she very kindly reversed three of them as I have had my account for four years without ever having an incident like that. Well, apparently you can only have one hardship ever. I was charged over $200 in overdrafts two weeks ago for a payment that shouldn’t have pulled through early, but it did, despite having money deposited every single Friday for four months, I overdrafted multiple times for the same transaction (you know…that’s not supposed to happen you’re supposed to be charged concurring $1 a day for the same overdraft…) so I called. I was told by Kenzie “yeah so I helped you out in may, so I can reverse $34 but that’s it because I helped you with that hard time in may, so that should be enough.” Six months ago. My engagement ended and I have been trying to figure out the financial aspect and have been extremely open and honest with them about my situation as humiliating as it has been. I felt ostracized and humiliated to be told essentially that you can only ever go through one hard time with this bank but that they will absolutely charge you every opportunity they can in fees for a transaction that shouldn’t have happened and fees that are not part of the financial banking agreement. Remember, only supposed to charge $1 a day for the single overdraft. Not recurring over draft charges in addition to that. That payment shouldn’t have even happened, but again, it did. I am thoroughly disgusted with this bank and am very happily closing it after that conversation with Kenzie at the Walmart location. After four years and only having these two situations with overdrafts, I feel as though I’ve been looked at as the scum of the earth. Sorry I went through two tough times over the last FOUR YEARS KENZIE. Especially during a pandemic! Like wow, what a joke of a bank. I would strongly advise AGAINST using this bank if you are human, in the event that you ever go through two hardships over the period of four years. I would like to add if it is policy not to reverse fees that shouldn’t have ever been charged, I understand, but regardless Kenzie presented it that she couldn’t help me because she helped me in may and that should be enough. She could have absolutely presented that differently but poor management is poor management and that was an atrocious way to approach especially as the manager of this location. Anyways, I am closing this account and would absolutely advise anyone looking for a bank to STAY AWAYYYYYYYY!!! -sincerely a single mother who works 50-60 hours a week on top of being a full time college student just trying to build a better life for my daughter and I.
