Stephen Cain5I love Chase Bank so far! I have no issues on their app or with mobile deposits. If I deposit during the right time, my funds are immediately available. I have never had to wait 10 days, so the ones complaining was not be following directions: NEWSFLASH YOU HAVE TO WRITE FOR "E-DEPOSIT @CHASE UNDER THE SIGNATURE LINE" have you ever thought that is why they may hold the check? SMH, anyways, the staff could use some more morale and referring me to customer service is something they found out quick was not acceptable to me. If I am in the branch you will help me that is your job. So I have no issues!! I love this bank!

Lindsay Barth1I don’t have a problem with the specific location, just the entire bank as a whole. Any time I mobile deposit a check, they hold my money for 10 days. That is absolutely ridiculous, as the checks have come from reputable banking institutions and the person writing the check has the funds available. I’m convinced they are holding money to accrue interest, and when I message them about the issue I don’t even get a response. Lesson learned to never use their mobile deposit again and I will be closing out my account ASAP. Use this bank at your own risk.

Tekela Marshall1My experience with Chase company was and has been horrible. No one from the representative to the supervisor had any empathy for my situation that was caused by Chase. You need to get a customer service guide from my main bank Navy Federal Credit Union who places people before "I'm sorry there is nothing I can do" I had a vacation planned for June 18th and on June 17th I transferred my hotel funds from my chase checking account to my chase savings account. I woke up on Saturday to review my account and the savings account was missing, of course I felt panic since I was flying out that day and had to pay for a hotel in a different state. Once I got to NYC I reached out to chase both the rep and the supervisor gave me the same answer as I'm sorry there is nothing we can do, however the rep told me my savings account was closed since May and the supervisor told me my account was scheduled to close on Friday June 17 night. Why would you allow a "closed or scheduled to close account accept funds the night before you close it" Why don't you have protocols in place to assist when circumstances like mines arise and your customer would like access to their own funds. All in all nothing was done by anyone from Chase via phone or social media. This account will be closed

I know sometimes things can happen but if you wait till your Bill's are due or already late...DONT BLAME YOUR BANK...ITS YOUR OWN FAULT SO MAN UP AND HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS BETTER...every employee have been overly helpful and accommodating anytime we go in or call. Not rich by no means but they always treat you like you are.
