  Coming to World of Pawn was my first experience with a Pawn Shop. It couldn’t have been any easier and smoother. Eddie was the gentleman who assisted me and took the time to explain what my options were and what exactly they do here. We were able to negotiate the best price that would have mutually benefited both of us and I walked out a very happy customer. Going forward if I ever am in a situation where I need to head to a Pawn Shop, this will be the place I will always use.   I bought what was said to be a BRANDNEW projector for my sons birthday, we were in the middle of moving and had not the chance to set it up till we got settled into our new place. At this point when we set up the “BRANDNEW” , “WORKING” projector that I paid full price for , was defective and did not work! My son was completely distraught due to us waitIng to hook it up and then it not working; at this point I called explained every detail and was not offered any help at all not a store credit, not a bring it in let me look at it absolutely no resolution. I highly do not recommend this new neighborhood pawn shop who should have had some sympathy for a situation like this when I stated multi times money is not an issues a resolution is!!!! And my son being happy for this was his birthday gift. Truly sad, and unsympathetic business, who will not last long selling things in none working FALSE pretenses.

  Unfortunately as I explained to you over the phone, with you purchasing an item over 2 months ago, and now just calling me and telling me there is an issue with it (calling repair shops before even contacting us) there is nothing I can do at this point. It was brand new in the box with in an unused condition and was tested. Projectors are very fragile and could have been damage in the process of your move. I wish you would have called and told us this earlier instead of over 2 months later. Sorry for the inconvenience, but if you contacted us earlier we would have been able to resolve the issue.

  I’ve come into this pawn shop a few times in the recent months as I am new to this area and sure enough Ed gives me the best customer service along with the most reasonable prices for my electronics new and used.   Very well kept store. Location, building appearance and personnel (Edward) were far superior than your typical pawn shop. Edward was “down to earth” and very polite.
