Rodney Nevins2So I went into the bank this morning to get change however they did not have all the change I needed and I understood that but however it was no customer service it was no greeting and the person that I went to just to me was very rude no kind of way that I felt that she was polite in that manner this is a bad experience for a Wells Fargo bank that I’ve ever been to I was not happy about the service that I was getting

Your Point Is1ATM machines do not correctly count what your depositing. I went on different days to deposit money and each time the ATM counted less than what I was depositing. All of their machines!!!

Onika Maxime1Unbelievable. I'm trying to communicate to the lady about my deposits and then she gets an attitude with me for no reason. She kept on making answers that my account wasn't operating adequately, she lied to me that my money had gotten stolen, and then she says due to that my credits are disabled... She was a new employee at Wells Fargo and now today she is already starting a difficulty out of me. I'm sorry if I stimulate any discomfort and situations with the lady. I have to say that I wanted to get home and I didn't want to start drama with her and I spoke as friendly to her as possible and she didn't care she was still being mean. For any more troubles, I just drive on I couldn't take the girlfriend to take any more damages.

Doniesha Grant1Hi. Your employee Vanessa Ashe Clark is very unprofessional, rude, and condescending. I went in to handle a simple notary transaction at the branch with my fiance and newborn. My fiance couldn't hear her very well through the mask glass and simply asked her to repeat herself twice. She immediately got an attitude and suggested that she was doing us a favor rather than just doing her job with a smile. Their back and forth was completely unnecessary. She is simply unprofessional and it affects her job performance. She signed the wrong year dates and started writing our DL# in the wrong spots on the form. She definitely needs some extra training if she will continue working in the service field. Our interaction was more troubling because I had to de-escalate the situation and tell her he simply couldn't hear her. My experience at your bank with my newborn and fiance should have been quick and pleasant. Unfortunately my experience with your business was the opposite today.

court gray1I hate this branch, but it's closest to me and most "convenient" for my schedule..not completely, but my only option since I don't have an account with them. I only come once a month to deposit my rent check. The wait inside and outside is always too long and the tellers have no sense of urgency. They move about like they don't want to assist the next person or something. It's worse now that you can't actually go in due to the pandemic. I've been waiting in this drive-up line for over an hour now and all 4 lanes are open. This is ridiculous.

Tara Bell2I went a couple of weeks ago to open an account with a check drawn on wells Fargo. Because of covid I was told I needed to make appointment on line which was ok by me so I just decided to cash check through drive thru. Once they saw amount of the check they immediately changed their tune and told me they will make exception and that I can come inside to open account. I lost my debit card recently but agent I went to replace it they tell me I have to make appointment online. Ok so its fine for you to break the rules to get my money but you can't break it for me to get it when I need it. The appointment times on line are not working for me Needless to say I will be closing my account. I need a bank that can work with me during this time. Not one that is making it difficult for customers

Shannon Jad1The worst Wells Fargo ever... period. ATM didn't work, drive thru packed and not moving, a long line inside while tellers joke and try to avoid eye contact. It's almost comical, but when you have kids to pick up at school, it's extremely frustrating. Whom ever the manager is, they really need to get their act together and act like a national bank. Disappointed.

Chavonda Doucett1Chondra is rude and condescending. I went in handle a simple transaction in which I’d normallydo electronically but decided to stop at the branch to do. From start to finish she had a fake smile and a “nice-nasty” attitude. Glad I don’t bank with them or have this branch as my neighborhood bank. It would be dreadful having to deal with folks like this every time you have to go in the bank.
