      Kim the Member service representative wasn't any help and has close out my debit card that I didn't authorize. There was a charge on my account that wasn't authorized, I reached out in the message center via the App. I really upset especially with Kim and once again I didn't authorize for her to close out my debit card.

      The only reason I'm not giving you a one star review is because your employees are very nice but you're getting 2 stars from me because yall need to stay open longer. It is very inconvenient for people who have to pay rent or work long hours or have school who need to deposit their money on a Saturday and yall are closed after 3.

      What a horrible services, one of my friend got a loan for you we've been calling you many times to get just the account number to make the first payment, and they never pick up the phone they just do not do anything at all. he has not received messages, mail anything. we set an appointment call and they never call us.

      What kind of bank/credit union doesnt have ANY representatives available to answer calls on the weekends??? I have fraudulent charges coming off my account and I cant even get ahold of someone to figure out whats going on and how to stop it. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be finding a new financial institution to do business with come Monday.

      Been with this bank a long time and never has a branch been so hard to work with. Slowest branch by far. Sat behind one car for over 10 minutes and not one line moved past the customer they were serving. Close it down and expand Friendswood south operations. This place is horrible. Not my first and only time here having issues.

      I've had a JSC account for at least 7 years now, my mom has had one for at least 15...we've had many issues with JSC but this one really set us over the edge. About 4 years ago my husband and I divorced, I went to the bank, brought divorce papers, and removed him from mine and my moms joint account. Great right? When someone is being removed from the account on the banks end they should be fully removed? Wrong! According to JSC it's up to us to remove a joint party from bill-pay even though we can't even see it from our end. Nor did they tell us this at the time and I know I asked multiple times if this was everything I needed to do. Well here we are...2018...trying to pay a bill when it doesnt go through and a hold is put on my account due to insufficient funds. Hm, that's weird theres money in the account...nope the bill-pay system online pulled it from my ex-husbands account THAT WE CAN'T EVEN SEE ON OUR END. Now JSC is treating it like this was our fault, we have to be the middle man here they won't put a stop on the payment. Now we have to go through thr most convoluted process just to get things right. We just spent 2 hrs on the phone between banks and it's going to take a at least a week (not counting the upcoming holiday of course). As soon as this is finished my mom and I are both deleting our accounts with JSC because this is ridiculous.
