Best bank I've ever done business with. All other banks had hidden fees, did not offer "real" time banking, and were just stressful to deal with. I've been a member of vfcu for four years now and no problems at all. The staff are friendly, Knowledgeable, and know me by name. Only downside that I can think of, it's very hard to reach a live representative by phone.
Visions is my main credit union. I used it a lot but now do most of my banking online. The occasions I have gone there in person have all been very pleasant. I feel like I know the employees that have been there any length of time. Very friendly people and they always know their job and can help you with whatever problem you have. I highly recommend this branch over all the others.
Very poor customer service, you have to wait a minimum of 7 minutes on the phone before anyone e answers. Warning to not choose the option to have a representative call you back, because they won't and you end up re-calling and waiting another 7-10 minutes. Plus don't bother calling on a Saturday, there is no one in the offices. There are a lot better choices for your banking needs. I for one love a bank that has excellent customer service. I'm only leaving this feedback, because I was never able to reach a live teller. It's an honest review, don't believe me, try calling a few times and you'll see that my review is spot on.
I've been a visions member for almost a year. It started with a loan, then an account, then a second account. The Norwich branch employees have been wonderful and helpful with every question and transaction. They are patient and courteous when my toddler starts asking questions and they offer the additional options I have available for me as a member.
Teller ran my card did not ask me if i had an account then voided the transaction the money has not gone back on my card and now my mortgage is late and is occurring late fees
