    ValueXpress obtained A CMBS conduit loan for us in 2014 for our Hampton Inn located in Florida. I contacted Mike Sneden in 2020 to help us work with the loan servicer because of the effects of COVID on the hotel. Mike helped me provide documents to the servicer to keep the loan in good standing. Anytime I call Mike he answers my call and is willing to help. I am glad that I have the relationship with Mike and his team.

    ValueXpress obtained A CMBS conduit loan for us in 2015. I contacted Mike Sneden in 2020 to help us obtain a PPP loan. Mike and his team helped us through the process to get the PPP loan. When the government offered a second round of PPP funding in 2021, Mike contacted me and processed the second loan. Mike and his team kept us informed every step of the way.     ValueXpress obtained a CMBS conduit loan for my client that was seeking a very large cash-out for his Manufactured Housing Community (MHC) during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was very concerned whether ValueXpress would be able to perform given the lending markets were shaky. But the loan closed on-time, with the promised loan amount and interest rate. I would highly recommend ValueXpress and look forward to working with Mike and Jim on my next loan.

    I contacted ValueXpress to help me negotiate with my CMBS loan servicer for relief due to COVID-19 for two hotels. Even though ValueXpress did not arrange one of the loans, they guided me through the process to get relief for both. In addition, they obtained Payment Protection Program loans (PPP) for me. I found Mike and Jim to be knowledgeable, professional, and very organized. They are also prompt to answer your emails and phones. Mike genuinely cares about their clients and is always looking out for their best interests. I would highly recommend the ValueXpress team for my next CMBS conduit loan.

    ValueXpress obtained a CMBS conduit loan for my Country Inn in Pensacola in 2016. I contacted Mike Sneden to help negotiate with the loan servicer for relief from COVID-19. Mike and Jim were able to obtain a performing loan consent to apply reserves to the loan payment. I then asked Mike and Jim to help me with my Hampton, even though they did not arrange the loan. They obtained a performing loan consent for that loan as well. I am very grateful for the help provided by ValueXpress during this difficult time and would highly recommend using them in the future !     My team and I had a great experience working with Dennis Suh and his team at ValueXpress. We needed to refinance an office/industrial flex building that had a 5 year lease term remaining. Having a shorter term lease to work with can be tough but Dennis produced a great loan for our asset. Dennis and his team were there every step of the way to work with us and the lender to assist in the loan closing process. As with any deal, there were a few road bumps along the way but Dennis was able to intervene and resolve those issues to everyone’s satisfaction. I highly recommend working with Dennis Suh and ValueXpress and look forward to working with Dennis on a future transaction

    My client needed a 10-year interest-only product to meet investment return objectives for the purchase of a net lease property under a 1031 exchange. ValueXpress was able to deliver. We had some hurdles to overcome to get the loan closed, but with help from Mike and his team, we were able to close the transaction prior to the 1031 deadline.
