  Outstanding experience. As per the normal routine when buying a new house, there was a ton of paperwork to go over and sign. The title agent was very clear in explanations and had an answer for every question asked. It was very efficient and took much less time than I've dealt with in the past. 10/10 would recommend.

  Was nice to work with at first. Until we closed. Forget calling them and getting answers after you close and they have your money! They will not return your phone calls or emails. Worst experience ever with a title company. Would not recommend them to anyone.
