Blake Edwards5I used Shawn Sloan to get a loan for a cabin in Bear Lake. He was great to work with and got the loan done smoothly. Mostly I appreciated that he would either always answer his phone or he would get back to me as soon as possible if he was busy. I would recommend using Shawn if you need to get a loan or refinance done.

Sean Camp1Although this credit Union has decent policies, their staff, (at least at this location) are legendarily slow. Plan to spend at least 30 minutes for a simple transaction, whether lobby or drive through, even when not busy. It's mystifying, it's almost as if they do it on purpose.

Jesse Nagle1Not this branch in particular but the entire bank is atrocious. I asked them for the entire payoff amount on my loan and gave them that amount. Wouldn’t you know it they have been calling me telling me I still owe on the loan. When you ask for a payoff amount they are supposed to tell you what you have to pay in order to close the account. I will strongly advise everyone not to use this bank because their call center staff don’t have the brains God gave a watermelon.

tanya steed1They are slow. Been there a few times and no one is ever paying attention to the drive through. Pushed the call button and they just look at you and continue talking to the other bankers. Even when there isn’t a line or anyone in the lobby.

Sandythepolorbear1If I could give negative stars I would literally everything I've done to be responsible and make payments early has back fired. I call three times on July 7th and once I managed to talk to a real person I was assured that my payment would not be double charged guess what I look at my bank account as of July 25th to find that not only was I double charged but they put me in overdraft and didnt send me a single confirmation of payment email or anything they only way I knew was because I looked at my account. This had happened before back in April i can honestly these people dont know what the hell they are doing and i have never met a more untrustworthy organization in my life.

Melissa Gomez1They let your money be taken and don’t even have a way to get it back. I lost $333 that was in my savings because of them. They said they could open a non fraudulent dispute which could take 120 days!! You can never trust banks no matter what even if they are a credit union.

Mariah Morris1I had an auto loan with this bank, I mailed in payments every month thinking they were being applied to my account. They didnt receive 2 payments since September and charged me multiple fees. When I realized this due to a letter i received in March and called upset that I hadn't been notified they offered to waive 1 late fee out of 6. I asked to speak to a manager who proceeded to imply i was a liar about not receiving notification. He then called me a brat. The email I received when complaining about this implied that because of my actions it was ok to treat me unprofessionally. I am a customer, upset about fees and reporting on my credit when I didn't know there was a problem with my account, I may not have acted in my normal fashion due to being upset, but I wasn't rude until the supervisor Christian called me a brat and I think anyone in the situation i was in wouldn't have been nice after that either. I called on 2/2 asking for my balance, had the bank wanted me to know I was past due that call would have been the opportune time to let me know and fix the problem.

Kevin Harkness1***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** I opened a HELOC with this institution as they advised me it was a NO FEE financial product. I never used the loan, and after many years I decided to close the account. Upon asking to close it, I was told I would not be charged a fee. Then, when I did close it, low and behold there is a $200 fee. They admitted they lied, but said too bad. This came straight out of the VP of Lendings mouth. They are liars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
