      Went in to the winnemucca branch with an unusual request for documentation my retirement Manger needed. Not only was I in and out in under 5 minutes but also received very friendly service. Iv been with US bank going on 9 years and have no intentions of going anywhere else. I Left wells fargo and came here. Very happy I did so.

      Very poor service at the winnemucca branch. Rates are too high and waiting a week for an appointment just to set up a checking account is ridiculous.

      On 9.1.2021 I called into my local Winnemucca Branch to get my Open Date. They answered, said hello and asked if I could please hold ( like they usually do, no big deal ) I said of course! I waited and got put on hold for 25 minutes! (I thought wow poor girls they are really busy) 25 minuets later, She answers Says " Sorry about that hold, how can I help you? " I responded " Wow! you must be really busy. I was on hold for 25 minutes " Her response shocked me .... She said " Oh.. I went on lunch!" I was completely in disbelieve. I couldnt believe there was no one else to take my call. Was she the only one in the building or was everyone else on lunch as well at 2:00pm. This makes things so difficult for me since I work 8-5 and cant go in, in person since I also work on Saturdays as well. Very inconvenient since I don't always have 25minutes to sit and wait.

      tellers are friendly and knowledgeable here all staff are willing to help and patient. Never had an issue at this bank in the two years I've been with them

      The WORST!! 3 months later After opening a savings account I had to close it because I still never recieved a bank card and had no access to my account so I closed it!
