Tried to open a business account because I heard great things about the company from customers however the gentleman didn't want to open one up because it was to far in the day not willing to stay after hours and didn't have time to stay after hours and stated I would have to book a appointment. Will not be back. Horrible customer service. He obviously doesn't care for this Community.

Don't even waste your time with bank, just opened my account and planning on closing it. They do not care about their customers it doesn't seems like. Not helpful people. And they should give my money back that I have to pay at amscott to cash my check bc they are never open and just lock the door. Idk what these wierdos doing in there with door locked so much?

I have tried to conduct business here two times and both times they closed before 4:00pm. Today when I tried to go in and the door was locked, I knocked and they ignored me. I pulled up to the drive through in my car and they would not help me. I do not have these problems at the other branch.

There is an Indian older lady she is rude. She is unprofessional, I’ve been with suntrust for 11years and this is the second time in this branch. The first time it was a nice lady that she helped me with a wire transfer and I only needed my license. The second time it was this rude lady asking too many questions and that my license didn’t work. She should be fired or she better be better at her job.

After having disappointing results with a local Credit Union, I stopped in a SunTrust bank to 1) attempt to cash old checks issued to me from a thief on an old SunTrust account, and 2) evaluate the service I received to determine if I was interested in joining the banking world again. I had a bad experience with fraud losing over $250,000 to a couple of con artists, so I closed my Bank of America accounts and hid what remained of my money in a CU. Well, I was not able to cash the checks at SunTrust, but I did open an account with an exceptional individual who took me into her office and made my day! We swapped stories and photos as she processed my paperwork and she took a genuine interest in my life. And I in hers. This bank is top-notch. The people serving the public are professional and polite and I am happy I stopped in that day. It is a small bank so the folks working there can get to know the regulars and be friendly as well. There is a review from a few years ago re: an Indian woman with long dark hair - I have not seen her so I don't believe she still works in the bank. Everyone I've had contact with is most pleasant and very helpful. Way to go A.S.! Good Job! Five Stars!

I have always had a great experience with this branch! Everyone is polite and greet me when I come in the door. Last week I opened a business account and the manager even stayed after hours to answer my questions and walk me through the process. Great branch and close to my work! Happy customer!

used the ATM there on July 13 and the very next morning I had 140$ missing from my account, must have been a skimmer on their ATM because the charges where from California, I have not had any fraudulent charges in awhile and it happened after using their ATM
