Absolutely the poorest customer service I have ever experienced in the years of buying and selling property. Escrow officer never answers your questions or returns your email or calls. I fell very sorry for new buyers or sellers. We have another sale going. We are dealing with the Coquille branch. Coquille office returns calls and emails. If I would known how bad Coos Bay is I would have requested another escrow company.

Bad service, Terrible customer care. They never return your calls. They don't care if you are satisfied or not. The reputable name "Ticor Title" which is nationally known and respected makes this branch feel they can get away with subpar work. Customer service comes last at this branch for sure. I would not use them if you have a another choice.

Where do I begin to express my disappointment, my disgust with this group? I live in Eugene and was selling a piece of property in Coos Bay. I worked with both Shelly Lindsey and Kathy Feeeman, Kathy being the agency manager! Neither are worth writing home over. Not only did they repeatedly provide poor communication on time lines and costs, they were consistently rude when I asked for updates and pointed out their short comings. The sale of my property was totally botched! From them using the WRONG contract with WRONG terms to a two week delay to not receiving all of my money promised from the transaction. Isn't that against the law? Today is the 23rd of June and I closed the first week of May. They still owe me money and keep telling me their accountant will send the check soon. You have to be kidding. I wish there were other options for title companies in this area. I have sworn off of doing business in this town because of Ticor Title. BIG loss for the area as I was starting to invest in the community to help it grow. Next stop, I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for not paying me all of my proceeds that they detailed on paper for the sale of my property. This company is a complete joke. Do I have to give them 1 star??? shame...

Lack of communication. Missed deadlines. Incorrect calculations after closing date, which caused additional costs and work for me. Inconsiderate and poor customer service. One week after closing, I have yet to receive final confirmation of recording and final title paperwork. Ticor Title Coos Bay made what was supposed to be an exciting life event into a stressful and unpleasant experience.

Shelly did a great job for us! Ticor was the only bright spot in a purchase that ultimately fell through. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I would recommend Team Lindsey to anyone in need of title services in the area.

Wish they had 0 stars. They messed up big time so we got a late payment on the 2nd, when our payment was due on the 10th. Closing agent had us get a check from our bank, so we had auto pay. She did not send it to the loan company, causing even more trouble. She also had us sign a statement that we would pay on the 10th, but the promissory note said the 1st. Just wish this small town had another closIng agent. THEY REALLY SUCK

We had a very smooth process in buying our home in Coos Bay until we went to close with Ticor Title. I don't know whether our experience is typical or not. They had a bunch of important details wrong in the first draft of the closing documents. The bank estimated that funds due at closing would be about $375; Ticor actually wanted over $1900 due at closing. Our realtor caught a mistake for $108 that Ticor made in our closing. Closing got very confusing. Fees were charged without explanation and it was difficult to figure just what we were paying for.

This company is unprofessional and incompetent, bordering on negligent. If you are looking for a knowledgable, professional and competent title company on Oregon Coast, I recommend going to Eugene or Portland. I may have to resort to this if Ticor doesn't successfully close my escrow by the date agreed.
