  Had a guy named Robert H. For a closing - utterly unprepared And follow up requests for full document copies resulted in a 3rd request finally received partial and the same problems/missing documents that occurred at the closing still exist. The missing loan was paid off but only because I waited - so much wasted time! Appears not all employees are the same some were excellent but the closing person should have it together. Wouldn't recommend it just adds to the stress of a move.
