This branch has one of the worst drive thru’s. When you want to just use the atm you have to wait with everyone and can not turn into just the atm lane. Extremely slow service. Lucky if there are 2 tellers insideResponse from the owner

If you want to know what banking will be like in a post apocalyptic dystopian world-visit this bank. The tellers are hidden behind walls accessible only through small video monitors. There is no human to human interaction. It is THE WORST banking experience I've ever had -any where in the Western Hemisphere. I actually felt like a Terminator was going to bust through the wall at any moment and kill all of us.Response from the owner
Hello Leonardo, this technology allows our tellers to help multiple members quickly to give our members the fast and high quality service they rightfully expect. Unfortunately, it does remove the direct face-to-face interaction many of us are used to. However, we do have other branches with in-person teller lines as well as access to your accounts through the Shared Branch network if you'd like to visit another branch. Always very appreciative of the helpful people when I’m depositing my check inside the bank. Was helped yesterday and the day prior by Camellia and Andrea with setting up a credit card at the Shirley branch. They were super friendly, informative, and prepared for all my questions. Never had a problem at this bank.
This place sucks. There is ALWAYS a problem, always being hacked, everything takes forever. If i didn’t have a loan with them i’d switch banks in a heart beat.Response from the owner

I hate to say it but this Bank( Shirley branch) needs a new manager... Almost like clockwork every Saturday and Sunday and most holidays this ATM inside and drive-thru does not work it is out of order if you would like photos I have themResponse from the owner

This isn't about this location in particular, but just about TFCU in general. Yeah, it's great not having any hidden fees or anything, but it's very annoying that whenever they're updating their online banking that my debit card doesn't work. I get things need to be updated and if the cards weren't going to work, why not do it at a time where people are sleeping and not using their debit cards. This happened the other day around 9pm and has happened before hand at all different times. It's even happened at 7am when I was trying to get gas before work. This happens pretty frequently and I have never had that issue with any other bank or credit union.
Worst bank i have ever had the chance to deal with.. very inconvenient. Nothing against the branch. The company itself it a joke. Have a significant amount of money in my act. And I'm told how i can use it and when? I think not. Ill be better off back at chase bank...Response from the owner

When my card is shut down at night because im making purchases like bills and there closed all night without a 24 hour hot line and your desperate to call but then you hear 24 hour loan but not anyone to help you when needed, its frustrating. i work night shifts so im screwed into the morning right? go to chase at least they have a 24 hour helpline
Well, it's a bank. It's open on Saturday. I have received good service from them. Wait time it okay. Still don't understand the monitor thing at the teller end. You don't see any teller physically but talk with them thru the monitor and speaker and mic. Strange system for security
Since I joined the credit union I have had nothing but a great experience with them, they are very helpful and very courteous, I’m sorry I didn’t start using them along time ago.Response from the owner
