    The worst location when ever I need my money from bank account they don't have a money once I need wired transfer they are not available I don't know why they are here bank service is a worst and worst tellers and bank employee. I have to closed my account from here.

    Every time today, when calling the bank I just get their menu. According to my phone, my call was for 32 minutes and no one answered. Then the call ended because I was disconnected. I've been waiting for my new debit card for over a month. I went to the bank twice and still no debit card. If I don't have one by Sept 30, 2021 I'm closing my accounts!!!

    One thing I recommend every one never deal with TD bank !! I tried to make my payments so I don’t get charged for interest!! No matter how many time I told them to pay what I Owen ! Even I went to the banks to pay for it !! They kept saying they can’t find my account number!! Typical crooks now charging my 1700$ extra typical crooks I will never deal with TD bank !! How dare you charging me more even when I was gonna pay what I owed ! You never responded back 100% lowlifes!!!

    Walked in to an empty lobby to try and open an account for my son who is in college and was told we have to set an appointment. Mind you, no one in the lobby at all and three reps in the store. We will take our $2000 check to another bank and open an account.

    A couple of the tellers are great, but the two women that I spoke to about overdrafts (at $35 a pop) were not very accommodating (to put it nicely). Dorothy said she'd follow up with me and I didn't hear from her for over a week ... the branch manager (?) after condescending to me about keeping a register (more than once) said she could only refund one charge. After further discussion, she admitted she could refund more, but it was at her discretion ... and she suggested I visit the bank where I opened my account. I will do just that - and I'll also close my account on that day. For what seemed to be a bank about convenience, it just seems like all of the other banks that do their due diligence to nickel and dime you.

    Manager was unhelpful in setting up a joint account. Claimed “not enough time to provide you the full banking experience” as the reason for not serving us at 4:30pm... after a 5 minute wait while employees closed early. Poor experience as usual at this branch.

    We use this bank for work. Tried to do deposit on 11/20/20. Sign at drive in window said Latham location closed permanently. I was there last week, and no one said anything. Ended up at Central Ave., waited 25 minutes in drive thru. Always a long wait at Central Ave branch, inside or out. Latham is the 2nd branch that has closed (first Delmar), so not really convenient anymore. Very frustrating! (5 stars for staff, who have always been friendly and professional.)

    Was there this morning at the drive through, supposed to open at 9:30 (sign on window says mon-fri 9:30) at 9:55 a voice announces over the intercom they do not open today but the other branches in the area are open. Perhaps they could update their notice of hours to avoid confusion.

    Worse location ever AVOID this location very unprofessional staff rude and poor customer service skills. I stood in line over 10 minutes to be ignored like I'm standing there for my got damn health and no apologies this would never happen at CHASE bank the staff here doesn't acknowledge . DO BETTER !!!

    This bank is no good I put the money in my bank account to pay my cell phone bill which they took and put the money on hold for the phone company so another bill came up and they took the money for that instead so I ended up with 2 overdraft fees they are crooks they steal your money right in your face and dont care.
