    I bought a new car last year I was helped by Brittany king she was amazing throughout the whole process. At first my credit or income was not as great because of the pandemic having to take time off from work but we revisited the loan, I sent Brittany about 3 different cars because I wanted to make sure I had the right one. Finally we were approved now a year later car is 100% paid off! Thank you I am now looking for a business loan so I am highly considering this bank since my experience the first time was so amazing! Thanks again Sunmark!

    Samantha Fuller was excellent! I called up the Latham office from the number found online. When I tell you the phone didn’t even ring twice, Sam snatched that phone up and was ready to make my day. She handled everything I needed her too and more. Excellent service.

    Waseem was awesome! Went above and beyond to make sure walked out with our car loan for my daughter's first car. He actually got a lower rate than I had got for my wife's new car and offered to get us a lower rate on that loan. Thanks for the help Waseem!

    I had a great experience with Sunmark recently for the refinancing of my home. They were quick to respond to any questions that I had, the entire process went very smoothly. Call out to Paige A and Amanda for all of their help throughout the process. The closing went just as smooth, only took 20 minutes. Thanks to Laura for that!

    Throughout the process of obtaining my first mortgage loan through Sunmark each individual who I worked with was professional and helpful. Specifically, S. Shapiro, J. Solghan, and R. Bonnet were great to work with. They were all very organized, explained things well, and were very responsive. I appreciate their time and effort. I would recommend using Sunmark for a mortgage loan and any other loans.

    Didn't Shine - too hung up on Internal Policy. I applied for a used RV loan by phone and was approved in minutes as has always been the case. Just provide recent pay stubs and picture of the title. Done. A few days later... all set? No... need a DT802 Bill of Sale. I have a signed receipt of deposit stating the parties, sales price and VIN. I can provide after I give them the check. No, internal policy requires a DT 802 Bill of Sale first. Elena, Why would a anybody sign a Bill of Sale until they receive payment?? ... No, you can talk to my manager. Ok, I'll wait... no, she said she is busy and would need to call back. A bit later she calls back but wants to debate about Sunmarks requirement for a NY State DT 802 versus standard Bill of Sale. She claims the "DMV will require it anyway to register" also offering that "its not a contract", its just an agreement. I also mentioned that the Seller is an hour away in the woods without a functional printer. No problem... just send a picture of it from their cell phone..... Have to have it. No check without it. A picture is good enough of a Have to Have NY State form? Pressing that.... Fact. A Bill of Sale with Seller/Buyer/VIN/Sale Price/Date and Signature for private sales are accepted by NYDMV because, yes, IT IS a Contract proving sale. Have registered many vehicles with same including in 2021. The Manager (Thursday afternoon) said she would get back to me after checking but it wouldn't be until Friday morning. When that didn't happen..... I talked to the Seller who was travelling Friday to a town even further into the mountains.... to explain the problem. The found an old MC-912, a variant of NY Bill of Sale DT802 and was able to send a picture by text from their cell phone. I sent to the Loan Processor Elena by e-mail early Friday afternoon. She checked and her "Manager" was willing to make an exception and accept it. I picked up the check at 4pm Friday but the whole discussion didn't sit well with me. I brought the check back to Sunmark this morning at 9:00 am. Thanks but no thanks. I don't need to beg for a loan I can get from any of my banks. Customer Service? When your not willing to work with me, hanging on internal policy with a desire to debate the legality of same becomes a breaker for me. I'm rethinking a very long affiliation. It would take me less time to switch all accounts that the time I spent on the phone debating this one issue with a "Manager". (Added after Sunmark response.... "Sorry that the CORRECT documents held up..." WHAT PART OF THE UNECESSARY DOCUMENT AND INAPPROPRIATE RESPONSE TO A LONG STANDING CUSTOMER DID YOU MISS?

    Used to brag about sunmark to everyone. Not anymore closing my account .been with you guys about 20 years. Purchased Cars, motorcycles with loans from you . Never missed a payment. I placed a call today looking for a loan on an SUV. Talked to iliana . One of the rudest people I have ever spoken to at sunmark. Actually hung up on her because of her Attitude . Thanks for the last 20 years But I'm done. And

    I have financed two brand new cars with Sunmark, refinanced two cars from other banks to Sunmark and obtained my mortgage through them. I also have five personal accounts as well and I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Yes, once in a great while I get someone who isn't as helpful as others, but thats going to happen anywhere and the number of times I've utilized them and called and gotten amazing service, far outweighs the couple of times I've received less than stellar service. They also run amazing deals on auto rates every year and I've yet to see any other banks even come close to their specials.

    FREINDLY STAFF REACHED OUT TO ME TO HELP SAVE ME MONEY ON MY CAR LOAN, AND AFTER GETiNG THE AGENTS INFO I CALLLED MY BRANCH TO MAKE SURE OT WAS LEGIT AND THEY CONNECTED ME WOTH THAT AGENT WHO ENDED UP SAVING ME AROUND 4K ON MY CAR LOAN WORTH OF INTREST.
