    Soo many fee's. When they male bank mistakes and they do ALOT they will not give all tour koney back. Their mistake and they keep your money. Stay FAAARRRR AWAY!!

    Sunmark Federal Credit Union is the finest bank I’ve ever dealt with. They do not miss a thing when you need their service and they are so user friendly. Kristina at the Milton Branch has been our go to person and our 911 in banking. My wife and I have dealt with her on car loans and other issues. It’s so nice when a financial transaction is handled by a person like her. We must also add that their website banking is so user friendly. Take our advice and try SEFCU for your banking needs.

    Kristina was very informative and always quick to respond to my questions. We needed an auto loan to purchase a second vehicle and wanted to be pre-approved so we knew how much money we had to work with. Kristina was able to get almost everything done via e-mail so we did not have to come to the branch until the closing. She also is having the Sunmark team get me an insurance quote so I can hopefully save money on insurance. It was a great experience.

    Sunmark FCU Ballston Spa/Milton Branch Hands down best place to bank with! I have been with them for over 15 years and I have never had an issue that didn’t get handled accordingly! Everyone there is great and I know pretty much all of them but I need to do a special shout out to April and Lisa who have been there for me whenever I needed help. Either over the phone, drive through or face to face. Two of the main reasons I’m still there! Thank you! ~JR

    I've never had a problem with this Branch. They tell you exactly how it is what you can afford and what you can't. They helped me when I had my identity stolen and gave me the names and numbers of the people I had to contact to get my life back on track after thieves decided to derail it. Hell they even gave me a account just so I can pay back my college student loan while my identity was stolen.. the staff are extremely friendly and I've never had a bad experience. I've been with this credit union for over 10 years and I plan to be a member for life. The only thing I would recommend for the credit union not the branch is to have a automated text or calling system that lets you know when your debit card has been shut off due to abnormal activity or account issues.. as previously mentioned the staff will go out of their way to help you in any situation that you have and you will get the best experience you've ever had..

    I like this bank, but it can be frustrating not to get anyone on the phone. I need specific information regarding my account and was avoiding going into the branch due to my hectic schedule these past few weeks, but it seems that’s the only way I’m going to get it. I’ve tried multiple days in a row and after trying the customer service line the dial tone goes off a little after the 3 minute mark.

    Prudence is awesome. No complaints with her. I have it two stars for many reasons. I've used Sunmark for about 2 years now and I've had so many issues with. I haven't used my bank card in a year. Since I've stopped using my bank card I've been charged the over draft fee several times in the past 6 months. The most recent time was in January and the bank refused to put my account back to where it was. Had an issue today. I went in to cash a tax check, the teller I had this branch did nothing for me except not let me cash the check and then told there would be a 2 day hold on my money. Last year when it was tax time I didn't have this issue.

    Top notch service here. branch manager is on point, so friendly and helpful. All of the tellers are on point and very nice. Only reason for the 4 stars is the bank needs a updated atm machine because you cant deposit money after hours or on weekends you have to wait for the following work business day... the atm currently has a envelope deposit but the money is held in limbo untill the next open business day so if you fall short and need to add money quickly to make a payment... you could possibly miss a payment due to the delay. I believe the best spot for it for after hours would be inside the front glass doors Or Replace the single atm in the drive tru wall but leave the vacume teller tubes for normal business hours.

    Love the team at the Milton Sunmark! Everyone is so nice and has helped me with checking accounts, auto loans, refinancing, and even insurance. I highly recommend them!
