Darion Dockter1Absolute worst bank around very rude Ryan and Craig are not understanding not happy with this place will be spreading the word everywhere possible about this scam of a bank. Purchased a truck from MTH out of at cloud have had nothing but issues with the truck, had some recent business changes added a new trailer to are fleet and on top of the mechanical problems the truck is just not heavy duty enough for what we need. Ryan has been calling me a liar through this process told me there is nothing he can do trying to charge me 4 grand over what I paid to in a “early buy out” never have I ever had this happen with a auto loan especially a business auto loan, this bank does not care about repeat customers or you or your business needs absolute worst bank around. Spread the word everyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SCAM OF A BANK.

Tena Fitch1I financed medical equipment with Stearns, extremely unhappy with their customer care. Regret using them, and NEVER will again. They are 'fee happy', and tried to blackmail me to use ACH auto pay after reassuring me it was not required. NEVER AGAIN!! Don't use them, you'll regret it.

Sherman Milton III, REALTOR1Very disappointed in Stearns Bank. As a new client using the bank to finance a franchise I had bad service at the very last minute before purchasing my franchise. We received a call from the bank to tell my business partner and I the program that we were using was no longer available and they wanted more money down and personal collateral. With our grand opening weeks away we don't have an extra $30k-$40K in cash laying around so they've basically left us high and dry. I would not recommend anyone to do business with Stearns Bank.

Bender Rodriguez (Futurama)1One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. Went to the drive through to exchange $40 for four rolls of quarters. The lady asked if I had an account with them. No, cause I live an hour away. She says she can't exchange it then. Seriously? It's not like I am cashing a check. The teller lady was rude as hell and smiled while she was being rude. So I call to speak to the bank manager. I explain the situation and she tells me it's because of risk of money laundering? Really!? Do you honestly think I am going to money launder $40? Then I proceeded to ask why other banks would do it but not them. She said it's a federal thing. If it's a federal thing then no banks would do it period. Just as I was about to say something she says thanks for calling and literally hangs up on me and clearly slammed the phone down as you could hear it smack the base of the phone. I recommend staying away from this bank all together and take your business somewhere else. Horrible horrible and unprofessional.

Steve Burrington2My wife and I Co-signed on equipment on two separate occasions. She is a physician and I am the business manager. We are co-owners of our clinics. Over time Stearns only wanted to lend to my wife bc she was the doctor despite our ownership in the company being equal and me making all the purchases. Even when items were originally in my name and being paid off, they insisted on sending documents to my wife only. Who does that? At a minimum, 1/2 of the equipment is mine as I had to sign for loan and run my credit, but they only send documents to her? Unfortunately for Stearns I make all our company purchase decisions so they can have their policies and I’ll finance elsewhere.

K Man5Great friendly bank that remembers me by name. I only go in once a month maybe and don’t have much money, but they remember me. First bank that’s done that, makes me feel important. Always friendly inside and drive thru. And always helpful with any papers or past documentation I need.
