  My father selected Southern Sun Title Company in April of this year to handle the sale of his home there in Homosassa. Then when my father passed away in May, my brother and I became intimately involved with the sale of house...dealing with his realtor, and the wonderful ladies there at Southern Sun...specifically Tracy Gough, and her office manager Becky. Tracy's entire team did an excellent job handling the closing on my father's home, and jumped right on critical tasks with a sense of urgency...and with a wonderful sense of humor and outstanding customer service. It has been a pleasure working with these ladies over these last two months on all matters relating to my father's estate. They are personable, know their stuff, and are great to work with...then, and now.
