    Obvious SECNY is my credit union for a three years, the personal care is outstanding. [Lori] is awesome! Her level of customer service is by far some of the best I have ever experienced, and I do not believe this is the first time I have encountered her. She is very professional, and you get the sense she really wants to help. Five stars! Thank you for an outstanding service!

    Never ever had a problem with this credit unions. My husband and I have been members for over 30 years and have had multiple loans through them and have never been denied. We wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.... Keep up the great work.

    My husband has been banking here for at least 10 plus years, and they have the rudest staff EVER! I'll see the tellers being super kind and sweet, then when it's my husband's turn they turn cold and aren't being friendly at all. I keep tell he that he needs to close his accounts here, but he continuesly wants to give them chance after chance. I would never bank here or recommend it to any of my friends and family.

    This bank is so inconvenient. My card is CONSTANTLY declined and sent to fraud detection for normal purchases at least once a month, which puts your card on hold so you cannot use it until you call them. You also have limited transactions in a day and cannot use it for more than $750 online in 24 hours. So forget about making any big purchases online. Switching banks ASAP it is so frustrating, I can’t even pay rent in 1 day.

Debit card activity is routinely monitored for potential fraud and our cardholders are contacted by phone as a precautionary measure if such activity is detected. If a response to the fraud alert is not received in a timely manner, then the card is restricted. We recognize this may seem inconvenient, however it is intended to protect you from incurring any losses. Debit card transaction and dollar limits are also security features put in place to protect you from losses that would directly impact funds in your account. For larger planned purchases, we recommend contacting us ahead of time or perhaps using a credit card which also comes with purchase protection and generally higher limits.     I've been banking with them for several years, including 2 home refinances, and have had nothing but positive experience with them.

    If you are considering this bank for anything other than for a savings account, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Their debt services are the worst. My card gets compromised yearly and it takes weeks to get a replacement. Horrible and outdated systems abound with this bank.

    Worst bank ever had don’t bank there if u want your money faster then 5 days and the fees are crazy the app is always down excuse for taking long we trust no one because where small.Don’t think you can access your account when you want online and app always down

    Great staff the price are very friendly. This credit union also has a lot to offer. I have never been apart of another credit union but I can tell you that they are ALOT better then M&T Bank!!

    This is the worst credit union ever. They are rude, do not fully inform and do not ever let them know you are closing your account because they will single you out and make up the rules as they go along. If you are considering this credit union please read these reviews and ask around first. Going there was the worst decision I ever made!!
