      Edit: as the owner replied. Can’t find me from your system? That’s how bad your system is. Your online banking system is still very dated and unintuitive to use. I couldn’t set up my automatic payment as you were revamping the online system a few years back and when your system is up, you made all of us to recreate new account setup instead of migrating it. The workflow was flawed and it took us multiple times to call you to get that fixed. Even after the new online banking system, it’s really hard to use. Every payment I make, you give us 0 notification, no email confirmation or whatsoever. We don't even know if the payment was successful or not until going back to log in a few days later. Do you want me to call you? Your call line takes ages to get a real person and it is waste of time. That’s why you are getting one star.

      Using the credit card is always a hassle. Every time I pay my card I’m never able to use it. I understand it takes a few days for the payment to go through, but after 2 weeks still can’t use it. Always have to call customer service every time for them to clear it and the payments to go through. Never had this problem with other cards. I recommend going with a different bank.

      SafeAmerica Credit Union, takes your money if you are not careful. Paid off an auto loan and forgot to close the account. They notified me only after they had completely drained the account. The various fees added up to $9 per month on an account holding less than $26. Again no notifications about the withdrawals until the money was gone. When I called they were happy to explain their fees to me. Looks like bad faith to me. By the way they start doing this once an account falls below $500. They will notify you after 55 months, that your money is gone 😁

      Can’t stress this enough, but customer service is very irritating. Some lady on the line said she’d contact me about helping me with my debit card situation in a few hours, but I never got a call back. Second thing is cashing checks. Cashed in a check hoping it would only take a day or two, it didn’t cash till three weeks later. Very poor service.

      I've been a member of the Safe America Credit Union for 45 years. Upon joining their Credit union in 1975 I had to deposit $25 into an account. January of 2020 the credit union said they mailed an inactivity letter for my Visa card. I never received the notice Saturday June 20 I tried to use the card at a merchant. The merchant said the card was declined. I called Safe America credit Union and they will not refund my $25 for joining them in 1975. If you decide to join the SafeAmerica Credit Union be very careful with the shenanigans that they pull .

      Hello Sabrina, Unfortunately, this is a current problem with many financial institutions, restaurants, and other retail locations. It is tough to find people to work in these positions. Trust me, our Chief Retail Officer and HR are doing what they can to try and get these positions filled. Thank you for being so patient.       THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL FROM YOU! Wish I could give them zero stars. Years of taking my money for an Auto Loan and I never got the title for the car! I paid off my loan in June 2018 and its June 2020 and NO CHANGE. THIS IS THEFT!!! I HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED THE PINK SLIP FOR MY CAR. Zero help from customer service. They point you to their 0999 number, where they hang up on you and pass you from agent to agent. Years of terrible service from a terrible, immoral company.

      I recently changed jobs and my prior company did not take my 2 weeks notice. I was strapped and had to borrow money. I deposited bank checks from another credit union they partner with. Safe America ca still put holds on them over 4 days! They would only reverse one of the late fees. I'm out 60.00 while I see the money in but not available. There are plenty of challenges with using a Credit Union, you hope when a situation like this occurs, you would think they would help out when the check was in and funds there.

      Not a trust worthy place to do business with. I was notified a few years ago that SafeAmerica purchased the former credit union I had an account with. I had a savings account with around $600.00. And now they have no record of my account. Terrible business practices.
