      I called in and spoke with Joleen S. about getting a loan. She was very sweet, friendly, patient with all of my questions, and went above and beyond to figure out what was my best choice for the short term and long run. I am very pleased with the help and would love if her supervisor gave her a raise!

      Tried calling safe credit branch multiple times to pay my late fees and nobody answered. Got charged with more late fees. Don't put up a number to call if your employees wont answer.

      Blamed me for fraudulent charges on my card because it was in the area I live in and dropped the case within two days, didn’t even look into it. I have had fraudulent activity on my card more times than I can count with this card when it’s on my person 24/7 and I have lost hundreds of dollars in courtesy pay fees during a PANDEMIC because I wasn’t actively using my card because it was in a fraudulent case. Absolutely HORRIBLE. I am 19 years old and I deserve to have a bank that has my back and doesn’t profit off of my hardships. This isn’t about this specific location either they probably have kind tellers and decent customer service but this bank as a whole is trash.

      I walked into this location last minute today to open an account and received nothing less than the most friendly, curtious, and professional banking experience I've had to date. And I would say that's a hard thing to accomplish with a "last minute shopper" who shows up covered in sweat, heaving and stinking from work and a bike ride. Shout out to McKenzie and Selina, keep up the good work!

      The guy at the front desk sucks. Now, once we came in and talked to Derek Gore, our bad first impression changed. He was very polite and helpful. The manager should know better and move that person to the back of the bank.

      Allison Wilson is completely useless at doing her job. She couldn't answer a single question without making us wait 10 minutes for her to go ask someone. On top of that this is the slowest pre-approved loan we have ever got.

      Great service, but they need way more tellers on Fridays after 5. Pay days for most people. Was standing in line for alost 30 mins. 3 tellers and 13 of us in line...
