Kara Breci5I walked into 4 local banks before Royal Credit Union. The moment I walked into RCU, I knew this would be the bank that would take care of me. I had just started a non profit organization and knew I needed a bank that I could trust and that would be patient with me..4 years later, I am so grateful for RCU. The best people and customer service I could ask for. So highly recommended! Thank you RCU.

Mike Roberts3I like most everything, shutting my card down because I was using it Minnesota troubles me. No one to contact on a weekend? And on hold now at work on Monday for over 5 min.? Who do I call? I might change my direct deposit back to Wells Fargo. Can't find a local branch from them in Wisc. But 24hr customer service

Rachel Fredrickson1Very frustrating we have to go to this RCU temporarily while we don’t have access to our local one. Apparently it’s a real inconvenience to talk to your customers. We didn’t appreciate the rude tone. We’ve always received good service at other RCU’s. Not this one.

Karen Kistler5I have been going to RCU Bank ever since they became RCU...I was going to S&C Bank -Anchor Bank & now it has become RCU BANK...so over 20-years & I HAVE ALWAYS WALKED IN TO RCU & ALWAYS BEEN GREETED WITH KINDNESS & SMILES!!! AND THERE ARE PEOPLE THERE THAT HAVE BEEN WITH THEM AS EMPLOYEES LONGER THAN I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THEM.... SO THEY KNOW THEIR MEMBERS & THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL WHEN YOU NEED QUESTIONS ANSWERED!!! You are all FANTASTIC!👍🏼
