TheJimReaper1The WORST customer service possible. I waited in line with at least 10 other customers for nearly 45 minutes to cash a check while the the tellers made the drive thru their TOP priority. I mentioned this on the way out to the woman who was leading the customers to the long line of people who were waiting and was rudely told by her to back up and not get within 6 feet of her because she had a cancer patient at home. She then told me that the tellers were supposed to alternate between the inside and drive thru customers and that she would speak to them about it. I can't help but wonder why she didn't tell them to do that very thing after one of the multiple times where she was leading customers to the line and saw how many people were waiting ? I also had to pay a " fee " for the privilege of waiting in line for 45 minutes to cash the check because I don't have an account there and can assure everyone that I NEVER will ! I will drive to a branch in Pearl, Brandon, Madison or Timbuktu before I EVER set foot into this bank of rude and incompetent employee's again and SINCERELY hope that they go out of business !

Mia Bass1No sense of urgency here. Came in at 1 to get a replacement card. Was told I had to make an appointment. Ok. Appointment was at 2:15, I walk in and she told me she would call me when she was ready. It is now 2:44. Still no call!

Don Cobbo1By far one of the worst regions branches. Friday afternoons in teller for the inside and two for the busy drive thru. Leads to one of the longest waits ever. They should at least have seating and serve snacks do this kind of wait. I’ll be taking my banking elsewhere because of this particular location,

Come today I look on online banking it has 2 accounts so the previous one was not closed! Alexandra Russell1The bank "accidentally closed my account" which held a positive balance. I was treated terribly by all staff including the manager. And told even though it was their fault, they couldn't do anything about it. And no one could locate my money. All they knew was it was gone. One employee whom was exceptionally disrespectful to me refused to share her name when asked. I will never ever bank or recommend this branch to anyone.

Shabba Ranks2Not a complaint of this branch specifically, but a general complaint about Regions' customer service line. Received two incomplete sets of information about money that was supposed to be come available today. Then I get either put on hold or the call gets dropped on me. This all is a result of a deposit that exceeded $5,000, which unfortunately as per federal law is broken up into pieces. The final piece is supposed to come available today. If there are any overdraft fees that aren't immediately refunded, I will close my account and curse Regions' name to anyone who'll listen. They are truly idiots. And don't forget they used overdraft fees to screw people from 2012-14, as per a story in the Mississippi Business Journal from 2015. Search it!

Cole Forbes1I am very unhappy with how FRAUD was handled on my account. I went in on January 7, 2020 and reported strange deposits in my account. Sara Steed said she closed the account. Here it is January 24, 2020 I get a collection call regarding this account. Mind you NO MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSED. The thief had no access. Sara Steed tells me on January 24, 2020 she only closed the debit card. Makes no sense. I’ve spoken to people in the corporate office, Denishi in Collections which spoke to Sara Steed with me, they can’t figure out what adjustments were made on the account. Then I spoke with Felecia in collections, she transferred me to Carmen in customer service, she transferred me to Dakeisha in ACH, Dakeisha said she will look into it, she called me back and I missed the call. Called her back I got Earica in ACH, which tells me I can’t speak to DaKeisha because that case is closed. She has to open another one which was 2 minutes ago. INCOMPETENCE AT IT’S FINEST. Oh I left out the part where Sara Steed said there was a withdrawal, asked for camera footage and guess what? BILL from their corporate security calls her back.. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO GO ON. How convenient. This sounds like an inside job! I AM THE VICTIM HERE! So at this point Earica said I have to go back to the Branch to Sara. Sara says she can’t do anything but open up another ticket. I will be going further with this now.
