  The manager there is very unprofessional! They use to have an older gentleman who use to manage them and his sense of professionalism was so much better than the uneducated one they have there now. I am a single mother who lost my job and is trying to catch up with my bills. I work a full time job and a part time job just to compensate. I am not a loser. And I pay my debts. But according to the manager "Its people like me", that don't keep their word. We all have a job, and that I COMPLETELY understand. But -I- am the one who told you I will be in this Friday. I even had to drop off a signed notice saying that I will be there. But you have called me every single day a couple times a day as well as called all my references and stopped by my house. IF YOU CAN GO ANY WHERE ELSE DON'T COME HERE!!!! I even hear San Antonio Loans off Frederickburg Rd. is soooo much better/ with a nicer staff.. Going with these people was a COMPLETE MISTAKE!!!

  I called around 12 noon on May 12th to apply for a loan after applying over the phone the male representative said he'd call withinan hour, well after 6 hours later no call no response they are just so lame about customer service and business don't recommend them at all horrible!!!!!

  Michelle was awesome she went over my application and explained every detail to where I understood everything.
