KenpachiX4202I've been with RR for several months now, and rarely have any issues, other than accessing my balance by phone. However, now I have late utility fees, because my direct deposit from work still hadn't appeared by 7am this morn. I couldn't access it by phone, so I went to an atm every hour or so to check. That's left me feeling sour, and with a bit less $ than I would've had. Assuming it does deposit.

Rick Massey1When I inventory the amount of excessively annoying telemarketing calls received, at all hours of the day and night, to my family's landline telephone; calls from this company have piled-up so bad, ... I called them! A most pleasant lady took my complaint. She told me: " 'Cuz we were hacked. We're sorry. Yes, we understand it makes like miserable for you. That's life, now. We can't stop it. Won't tell you why your number's in the wind. It's on you, now! You're just going to have to register a formal complaint to the Federal Communication Commission's go-to person in charge of doing nothing about this what-so-ever: The ever popular complaint manager, ... Helen Waite. Go ... to ... Helen Waite!!!

RRCU has not been hacked, therefore, your phone number is not at there due to that either. Could it be possible you were needing to leave a review for a different company? Tomi Bobo5My husband and I have had an account at RRFCU for several years now, we were recently hacked. Someone accessed our account and took everything we had causing several transaction overdraft fees etc..... we went and filled out the required paperwork and was told we’d hear back in 7 to 10 business days. Within 3 business days we were reimbursed everything. Thank You ! Happy and thankful customers. We use the Hope Ar branch.

Response from the ownerThe Holiday Loans are based off of several different aspects. There is more looked at than if you have paid off a loan. We also must still look at income, credit score and several other things.

Lanita Northcross2I went in today to start a checking account at 12:00 i was told to come back at 2:30 I was so disappointed there was 2 people in the office working I was the only person in the bank for service then I called the call center I talk to a operater she laughed in she thought it was funny so when I ask her what was her name she hung up the phone now I am feeling disrespected so I have been banking with this bank for 20 years are better this bank has gotten so unperfetinal

For security purposes, our tellers are not able to open accounts, they must be a member service representative to be able to open an account. However, the tellers should have been kind enough to let you know that we open accounts online through our website at rrfcu.com. Instead of expecting you to take more time out of your day to come back to the branch. We will definitely approach the issue at the call center to the call center as a whole, as you are correct, their actions were unprofessional.
