Morgan Bennett5I am not a customer at this bank due to my past poor bank history. However, my paychecks are written from this bank and no matter what they are kind and help me every time. One time I didn't pay attention to the bank name on the check cuz it's not a regular payroll check and it ended up being from a completely different bank. Pinnacle ended up cashing it anyways for me so I didn't have to travel another 90 miles. To me that is excellent and I appreciated it so much!!! My parents banked there when they lived in Ogallala and loved banking from there.

Chris Nippard1Avoid this bank, like the plague! So, I'm on vacation atm. I ask my friend if she'd mind putting my tax return check in her bank acc't because I'm not in town. She agrees. She deposits it at the drive up window and they give a receipt. The receipt is evidence of a deposit. Later that day, I get a call from the bank saying they aren't going to honor it, and to come and pick up the check. Obviously, I can't. A) Because I'm not there, and B) Because it's already endorsed by them, and the receipt proves that. I had called the bank and asked them if they would accept it, prior to having her do it, and they had told me that that wouldn't be a problem. Their reason for "changing their mind"? Because my friend's signature was "scribbled". I might note, my friend is blind, and has been a customer of this bank for some time. They are aware that she is blind and have a signature card on file, which denotes her less-than-legible signature. My friend has never had any delinquencies on her account. Yet, she and I (and I'm not a customer, however, I will not even consider walking on the ground they occupy, at this point, much less becoming a customer) are effectively treated like 2nd class citizens. Absolutely pathetic, and totally unethical. BEWARE!

Derek Coons1Very unethical policies. Employees lack common sense. There are plenty of banks in Ogallala, I wouldn't go with this one. They will deceive you, then steal your money.

Dirk Diggler5I've been using this branch since I lived in Ogalalla in 2004. They have always had excellent service even from states away, where I live now.
