I just finished the combined process of selling and purchasing a property, on this crazy, early 2022 Florida market, and the fact that I had them as my title company made my life so much easier! Catherine knows her business! She is not playing! She would not miss a single deadline… From day one she provided me with a calendar/app of things that needed to get done with an alert of every update coming straight to my email.
