I would give 0 stars but you have to give 1 to leave review. I purchased a car from them always made my payment on time. Every pay day they harassed me until I got off work and went into pay. They called with message we know we're you are and were you been when are you coming into pay. Needless something was wrong with my car every couple of months. They could not offer me a cheeper car payment. I had them come get there car and went somewhere else. A few years later they are garnishment 25% of my check for a car they already resold. On top of that my husband who never bought a thing from them was harassed for 2 weeks from them trying to get him in to purchase a car from them good thing he did not. They are crooks.

These people are absolute crooks do not buy anything from these people. I bought a mustang from them in 2018, now granite there was some damage to the vehicle when they took the car back but you would be better off getting cash from an old school loan shark. I bought my car for 9000 and now they are garnishing my check for 16000 dollars are you kidding me 16000 on a 9000 dollar price tag in 2018. I'll never buy from them again and will never recommend any absolutely any one to them ever again!!!!!!

In 2014 i co signed for a vehicle with my kids father. Things between us didn't work out and the kids and i went to a shelter. I called our case manager and asked to be taken off of the loan. I thought that was the end. 5 years later i get a wage garnishment letter from my employer after my check was already garnished. A $10,000 loan is costing me$20,000 +. They make it to where you can't file for a hardship in time with the court. Not too mention they take it back to court every 180 days. And the loan is still tacking 20 interest.

I wish I would have read the reviews before getting involved with this company. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. I don’t care how bad off you think you are or how desperate you are for a vehicle, there are far better companies to do business with than this one. I purchased a truck in 2009 that broke down within the first week that was worth less than $10,000 and now they waited over 10 years to contact me about it so that interest just kept adding up and now have me going to court and they are trying to garnish my wages in 2020 during a pandemic for the amount of $32,000. Companies like this are what’s wrong with this Country. It should be against the law for them to do what they’re doing. Please take my advice and stay away!

Being garnished for a vehicle they sold at auction 5 years after it was totaled & repaired, now they’re garnishing mine & my husbands checks for $1400/month at a time when people are struggling to survive. We owe more now than when purchased! Scammers I shouldn’t have even been able to co-sign being unemployed at the time. They’re making a killing off people that have no or bad credit! They should be shut down or sued. I pray they close down! Avoid at all cost!

Bought my car in September. I had a stroke on September 30th. My fiance called and explained the situation. They told her it would be fine until the 18th. Everything was fine. Today at work, they repo the car, the payment was 3 days late. I called to inquire where it was, that way we could retrieve our belongings out of it. She wouldnt give me any info, told me she would call me back. Its been 6 hours never heard back from her.

Poor customer service was late 6 days... Paid 210 on a 258 bill and they shut off my vehicle and hung up on me... Her Name is April. If you want to combat preditor lenders we all must report them to the oklahoma Attorney General's office located on lincoln and n 50th. I will be turning them In

Very poor customer service from Kevin, Reece, & Mike. When asked to speak to their general manager they refused they would only let me speak to the people who I had the issue with to begin with. They will say one thing and try to run around in circles when they are caught telling incorrect information. They will lie about their title when you ask for a manager - they will put an account manager on the phone (which is the title any collector has) and then the next person will say financial consultant, to anything else to keep the caller thinking they are speaking with someone higher up. Horrible experience with people who seem to try to be nice but have poor customer service skills. If I could take every star away I would. Still have not received a call from Rick.

DO NOT TRUST JOE COOPER OR OKLAHOMA MOTOR CREDIT, This is the worst, sorriest,, money hungry, most pathetic car lot and car credit company ever. First they raised the CPI insurance that absolutely don't cover anything to $88.00 every two weeks, for no real coverage at all. These two companies have been nothing but problems, very rude, they make it very hard. Kristin, Kevin and Reece with Oklahoma Motor Credit, are the rudest, most unprofessional and ridiculously made humans I have ever met in my life, they discuss me and because of them I am telling everyone I know to never buy a car from Joe Cooper and sign any contract with Oklahoma Motor Credit.

Do not do business with this establishment! They claim to help people. If you become behind They will not work with you. We are behind 4 days and shutting our car off. That's not right! Dylan the account manager has no customer service attributes and cares nothing about helping people out.
