    I have never used them. But this is to advise others that the attorney general has ordered this business to shut down. The owner has had to cease trading immediately as well as pay 1.2 million in fines for illegal debt collection practices.

    I recieved a call from Javier. The very beginning of the conversation he stated my address and asked me to confirm it. I said I would not. He then began to say something else so I asked him to repeat himself. He then proceeded to tell me the make and model of my old vehicle. Asked where the vehicle was. I said I did not have the vehicle. He then stated the name of my husband and asked if he had it. I told him no. (The vehicle had been repoed months prior). He then stated I needed to pay $2800 today or else I could face a lein on my property or wage garnishment. He did not disclose who he is was until I demanded answers as I was confused to why someone I don't know is demanding money and my personal information. Per the responses from this company below, they do lie. They do NOT immediately disclose who they are. They do use threatening tactics. If I could put 0 stars I would. Unfortunately I had to put 1.

    As a past employee. The business is ONLY allowed by law to say when you were employed there to a outside....but this company sent me and desist on me for finding on line they are behind sued.. Very petty. Your biz on line is honest. They are not!!!! They treat their employees like dirt. After many complaints of bullying... They take the bully's dont want to work there. When I mentioned to another employee...its called freedom of speach!!!!!

    I have received very unprofessional and intimidating calls from this company. The agent wouldn't tell me the name of the company he was representing. He says his name is "Officer David Brown". He also preceded to tell me what type of car I had and stated, "I should be able to pay this off right now." "Mr. Brown" also stated he would also be taking legal action against me. When I told him I was going to record the call & call the Better Business Bureau he hung up on me. Now I'm receiving emails from this agent however he continues not to list the company he represents.

    Javier Called me twice looking for my sibling while claiming that he needed to do a background check on him. I told him I didn’t know the person. Not once did he disclose that this was a collection agency.

    When my husband lost his job we fell behind on our credit cards. We had to deal with a lot of debt collectors - The Northwood Asset Management Group people were the easiest to deal with. They we polite and worked with us to get our debt resolved.

    Lisa has horrible customer service. The attempt at intimidation is a joke and irritating. If your going to be rude about it just do what you got to do and don't mess my day up about it. I don't understand why they think repeating themselves over and over will get them any where.

    I received a call from this company today not only did they not disclose they where a debt collection company but they threatened me by saying they where going to take my vehicle that I am still paying on and even garnishing my wages.

    People there helped. Didn't like where I got the loan, but they didn't ask for more than I could afford. It's a collection agency. They were better than some other ones that called me.
