Matt Henry1The worst credit union or banking center I have ever used. I have a loan through them and the experience has just been awful. #1 my account is set up for auto pay, so I do not need to log into my online account. So they decided to lock my account... I have to call there hotline, wait on hold for 45 minutes to unlock my account... seriously should take 30 seconds. #2 there online system is so outdated and awful. WORST CREDIT UNION EVER! DO NOT USE!

Arnold Bascombe1360 Degrees of Horrible Customer Service. My loan account was created on 10/19 under Fairfax County Credit Union, a month later they decided to rebrand to NextMark Credit Union with a new website. First payment under Fairfax no problem, second payment was made under NextMark's new website was a challenge. The combination of my loan being 2 months removed from my settlement date and a new website resulting in the second payment appearing to be less than my contracted mortgage payment. I called to confirm my assumption that pre payments from my closing finally hit my account , hence my lower outstanding balance. This was confirmed, I made the payment. I received a call from Joline today informing me that I have an outstanding balance.. WOW. Made another payment to realize that I am being charge a $50 late fee. I explained that the outstanding balance was confirmed and I should not be charged the late fee, I was told by customer rep Michelle I have to send a PHYSICAL letter to the branch's PO Box address to request the late fee removal. I explained to her that I am a new customer and my customer experience thus far has not been good and I will most likely be taking my business elsewhere..... Her response was ..."OK" .. Wow... New Branding with the same old poor customer service is a waste of marketing dollars. Horrible Organization....

Julianne Dana1Nightmare experience where I was strung along for 6 weeks, at then after approving my loan, they withdrew their offer AFTER I had put down a $2000 deposit for a car that was lost. They denied the loan because of inconsistencies in the carfax report check they performed AFTER approving the loan. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Very difficult to get a hold of. Many times I was on the phone line and never got a hold of any representatives.

Zahid Khan1Don't open up the Account with this Branch there atm card sometimes don't work and customer service is horrible.I went to this branch no one was helping us and I close my accounts.

Bizzy Allen1If I was invisible, my experience would have still been the same. Signed in, took a seat and 3 employees walked pass me only to look at me like I wasn't their. NO acknowlegement at all !. After of about 25 mins of looking stupid and unwelcomed I took my business somewhere else. (Coming from a county employee)

veeresh kumar5I have nothing but good things to say about NetMark credit union . i have applied for HELOC and got approved in one week so fast iam really thankful to Nicole Sanz (Loan processor). i have dealt with many banks regarding home loan, personal loan but i could not find a person like Nicole sanz who is truly committed and supported with clear understanding . . Overall, very good care and amazing service taken by Net mark credit union. iam planning to shift my home loan to Netmark credit union.
