Emily from the loan department was so sweet and an amazing help!!I applied for a loan through the credit union. It was my first time ever applying for one and she walked me through the whole process (even after my 50 million questions). Very happy with the service!! Thank you again Emily!
Worse bank ever DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CHECK HELD WITH PROOF OF PAYSTUBS BANK WITH THEM. WORSE BANK EVER I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH
So I saw so many bad reviews regarding this bank and still decided to join due to the fact that my parents is with them. This credit you has to be one of the most unprofessional unorganized bank I have ever encountered. The phone system has not been working for some time now, I believe the staff has called ID hand chose to not answer the phone for certain people. The acting supervisor number which is the only way to get her, does not work. I have my direct deposit from my job going there and has been trying to get bill pay for weeks now. Not one person in the bank is able to help. The worst part about it is their demeanor as if there job is done there is nothing else that they can do. I spoke to reps from other banks that goes out there way to solve or try and solve any problem a customer might be facing. Now I am trying to close my account and can not locate a supervisor. Worst credit union ever in my book. If you don’t mind no one helping you are being spoken to like your money Or business means nothing then this place is for you.Response from the owner

If I could give -1 I would. They are horrible. They always tell you they will call you back and they never do until you follow back up with them. To order any type of card whether it be a debit card or a credit card replacement FORGET ABOUT IT it will take weeks upon weeks to come in the mail being that they do not make debit cards on site. This is by far the worst credit union I have EVER USED. At the counter they do everything answer phones, help customers OPEN UP NEW BANK ACCOUNTS which is time consuming, then you have an entire line practically out the door ! It is a very very unorganized credit union !! The only reason I stay banking with them is because I have an open credit card with them ! I don’t even keep money in this account any longer because of the simple fact you can never reach anyone ! They do not have after buisness hour line. You can NEVER reach anyone on the weekend. If you have fraud on your account you have to wait until they reopen the next day to reach someone about it ! If you loose you card or misplace it GOOD LUCK again you cannot reach anyone until they reopen AND if it’s a Friday they close SO early by 1pm so that means you have to wait until Monday. OH and there’s no 1800 number to call either in case you need to reach an agent. I do not recommend this bank what so ever like i said only reason I even have an open account is because of my open credit card. WORST BANK EVER !!Response from the owner

This Credit Union is one of the worst.I would not recommend anyone to bank here.My bank card has been expired for weeks and I have called countless of times for them to send me a new bank card they said they would and did not. They do not try to help their customers very unprofessional.
left voice messages numerous times regarding a payment to my husbands OD account they paid the check but never credited his account as it is a small branch with not much traffic you would think there customer service would be exemplary but not so
Perfect bank to park your money and never touch it they never pick up your calls and to activate their debit card it redirects you to call the bank which never picks up your call.. genious!
Very unprofessional. Nasty attitudes. They cost me a lot of money with unfinished paperwork.Response from the owner
