    Need more nice people that doesn't hang up on the customer or new customer coming in Just had a lady hang up on us for no reason.

    Thanks for taking the time to give us constructive criticism. Since we don't use robot tellers, and use live agents on the phones at New City Funding, there is no auto-answering machine like you usually hear when calling larger banks and agencies, at times the phones get a bit jammed up and calls are lost. I assure you, that at New City Funding, our receptionists and managers don't hang up on customers for no reason. As mentioned, it is a drawback that occurs when we have an overload of phone calls. Please call back immediately and most likely it won't happen again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

First off, we strive to improve our customer service and make life easier for our customers. We have a new ACH auto-withdrawal system which takes away the time you have to spend speaking with a payment representative monthly. Please call 845-942-0020 to inquire or better yet go to our website and click on 'customer', scroll over 'payment options' then hover 'online auto withdrawal form' you can digitally sign and enter your bank account and routing information right there to avoid the phone call. Again, this alternative, by no means, takes away the fact that you were dissatisfied with our customer service. To resolve that issue please call and speak with our compliance manager. We hope that you have a better experience with New City Funding in the future and once again apologize for the stress you have incurred.
