    Sick and tired of drive-thru only at Southside Oneonta branch. Huge waste of time and gas! Covid continues to be bank's excuse for keeping the lobby closed while ALL surrounding businesses are OPEN. Considering moving accounts to different bank.

    I had problems getting into my online banker. My phone went for a swim and I lost everything and had to start completely over! I couldn't remember any of my passwords so I was locked out of my email account which is where all the new passwords would be sent. Makhala was very understanding and helped me put part of my life back together!! 😀

    Bad customer service at the southside location. Not very friendly. These millinials need to learn that their job dealing with the public is just more than a paycheck.

    Instead of telling customers NO, “the only way we can give you that information is if you are here at a branch”, when they have a question, how about saying, “ I can’t give that information out over the phone but let me speak to someone and see what WE can do to help you get his resolved”! That’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE! Considering Someone May be dumping tons of money into your bank very shortly, being snooty and. “New Yorker” doesn’t play well with everyone! Thanks to the manager that did help me.

    Staff were really rude. I called and ask if I could cash my paycheck there, they asked where and then were like yea we can do that for a fee. I get there 30 minutes later and they refused to cash it.
