Looks to me like three people had bad experiences with this company a year and a half ago (or one person logged on from three accounts...). I have been using them for years; their representatives when I've called have been courteous and helpful. When I made a claim, there were no hassles.

I needed a surety bond for a car title. Everything went very smoothly up until I started getting letters threatening to send me to collections, stating I had not paid the $100 fee. Which I did, unfortunately via money order. I didnt even have time to call western union and find out if the money order had been cashed. So I sent them a check via "chime checking", a week later I get a letter from the attorney representing them.I have now paid this company $200 and they are still coming after me for payment. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Never have we received such horrible service from an insurance company!!!!! My husband and I have had a multi-vehicle, home with endorsements, umbrella policy with NGM for the past decade. We both have great driving records, don't drink and drive, meticulously main our home, have had no claims against our policy (except for two auto accidents which weren't our fault), have near-perfect credit scores, and have no children of driving age. A few years ago my Honda Accord was rear-ended. The insurance company said it would cost too much to repair it, so they deemed it a total loss. They initially gave me an extremely low offer for my vehicle, and I had to fight them for weeks to try to increase the amount. Their initial offer failed to consider the fact that my engine was meticulously maintained, my car had leather heated seats, and other parts that would fetch them a lot of money when they went to resell the parts. The amount I ended up getting from them still wasn't the amount needed to re-purchase the same year, make, and model of the vehicle I had just lost. The accident was not my fault, so I found this very frustrating that I had to fight my own insurance company for fair compensation. Very recently, someone ran into the side of my husband's truck. Again, they offered my husband an extremely low offer to repair the vehicle, even though he received quotes from several auto body establishments for more than double that amount. His truck is only a few years old. This accident was in no way my husband's fault, so we find it quite frustrating that we again have to fight our own insurance company, who will be receiving compensation from the other drivers insurance company, and will not be taking a loss to their own books. For those of you with great driving records and homeowner policies, don't be deceived by the lower offers that NGM will quote you with. Go with another carrier who will actually provide you with great service and support in instances of an accident, especially one that isn't your fault. As soon as my husband's truck case closes, we will be leaving NGM after 10 years and only two accidents that were not our fault. We have not cost NGM a penny during the last decade, we have only helped bring them revenue. Farewell NGM, I hope this review provides you with a real look on your your ideal customers feel when they have to deal with your service, and I hope it convinces you to change your sleazy ways.

I am disgusted that after my parents have had a policy for 22 years, in which they only made 2 small claims, they received a letter stating their insurance was canceled. Apparently when you make a call simply asking if something is covered, it is counted against you. So because my parents have made 4 calls over the years, only 2 of which claims were actually made from, they were dropped. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

This place is GARBAGE!!! Do not use. This company is a scam they will take your money for years and years. Then when you need to make a small claim the Theiving owner will call you ask you what happened then say "ahhh sorry to have to tell you the bad news but that's not covered under your liability insurance. I would rate these guys a 0 if I could. THIS IS THE MOST DIHONEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH DO NOT USE THE NGM IN KEENE IN MY OPINION DUE TO MY BUSINESS DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. Russ G UPDATE!!!!!!!!! So apparently after NGM refuses to pay you legit claim they also feel the need because of "company policy" to CALL YOU PERSONAL CLIENTS and talk about YOUR PERSONAL insurance policy!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me. The thieving owner( think he the owner) called my clients whom he has never had contact with before and told them about my insurance policy without my consent. Is that even legal????Wow

They provided me with a party line response to my question. Very disappointing. They did nothing to earn loyalty for future business and I would never refer them to anyone.

Used their roadside assistance for a tire change, waited 2 hours and a guy came in a car (not a tow truck), unmarked, had to watch a you tube video on his phone to see how to do the tire change! Complete garbage, don't use!
