Hermann Fegelein5Jamie was not only an employee not only a manager but she managed the life of Benny and did it well. I came in with a frown on my face and wanting to know what's going on and I learned more about life today than I ever have in the past 48 years. This is a great location they're great people and have a great manager helpful and very articulate. I think Moneytree for hire in this woman they should make her general manager. I appreciate everything you do and they do it very well and very efficiently

Frank De La Riva1First of all I would like to say that most moneytree locations are very fast and friendly. This location on the other hand has a couple issues. One being a cashier/teller that is for some reason against couples. We frequent moneytree at least 3 to 4 times a week sometimes. She really needs help in the customer service department. I will be following up with the management about this issue.

Danny Kean1I had a personal $100 check to cash. I took it to this place which I have done before. They have always given good and respectful service. They said they needed to call the person the check came from to verify the check. I said that was not necessary in the past, I do business with them every month and what if the person was not home? I cannot be orchestrating three way transactions for a simple check. They asked me to call. I did not have my phone with me. So, they called and were not clear. The check writer hung up. I said to them that they probably came off as phone solicitation. I also said that verifying the check by phone was senseless. If I was trying to do something nefarious I could easily have set up the call beforehand. So they tried to call again as I suggested, "why, they already think the call is a scam from you and will not pick up the phone and you were told the first time by them to not to call back. Of course they did not pick up the phone. They they asked me what the money was for? I just looked at them and said, "it is none of your business, you're business is to cash checks not to find out the purpose of of the money being transacted." They said they needed to know that is how they do business and then suggested I make something up. I said absolutely not, the question should not be asked to begin with. You need to find a better way to do business and I left. They were not going to cash the check. What a waste of time and aggravation! ADDITIONAL INFO ... Moneytree corporate just phoned me from this review to solicit more feedback. In the beginning of the conversation they stated they were going to rectify the situation so I stayed on the call for ten minutes with kudos even, only to find they were calling to state self-serving policy and waste my time. Stop playing with the idea of customer service MoneyTree, either give the service or continue on as you presently do without me as a customer. Sometimes they cash a check depending on how they "feel" about a customer from personal questions asked? NOT

Jonathan Terriquez5I've been in the store for service many times so I finally decided to leave a review. First of all every time I walk in I was greeted right away this time I was greeted by Lani and she very cordial. I come in to send money transfers to family members out of country all the time her customer service was outstanding. I didn't have any problems or complications. She even went as far as to let me know what the fee is even before I say the amount and she asked if I need an envelope for the money transfer receipt. When the transaction was finished she asked is there anything else I can do for you, if anyone needs service here definitely go with Lani her upbeat attitude always makes the experience truly exceptional, Overall I think this stores customer service is great and I will keep coming as long as I need service. I would recommend this store to anybody that wants fast and excellent service.

Jenn5I just moved back to Vegas after being gone 28 years. They were super nice and even though I'd never been to this type of place and was a new customer, it was still quick. Maybe 30 minutes total and 1/2 of that time was me doing my part. I think the only way this place would get a bad review is if someone was mad because they expect to walk in with no checking acct or any proof that they have some sort of income and expect Money Tree to just say "OK, here ya go....it's free...here's some $$". Come on now, lol. That or people who screwed Money Tree over by not paying them back and being butt hurt when they can't walk in there & get more money. Yes, these dingbats exist. As far as real reviews and real customers go.....this place is excellent. Nice employee's, clean store. And their AC was great (It was 118° that day 🔥)

Marta Z3Place is alright when u need quick 50 bucks. But even when you pay them 61.00 BACK they don't increase your next loan. Same 50. Which is not what we were told our first visit there. Lady said it would be 100 next time. That was incorrect.

Joseph Kelly4Most of the staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. The line always moves quickly, even on the 3rd of the month. They seem to go out of their way to help everyone they can. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars in my book. Parking sucks..

JAMES Online1I'm a local merchant down the street from here, I went one night to exchange 5 dollar bills for 100 dollar bills, only needed 4, I was told they were short on hundreds and twenties.

Andrew Woehrer1NETSPEND the prepaid debit card they try to sign you up for is a joke. You pay a dollar each transaction and two dollars per credit option transaction!!!! If you don't have enough for them to take their one dollar they will not allow you to spend your balance until you reload. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do you want to get these people rich while you scrimp and save????
