This is a very dishonest and dis loyal financial institution... my credit score is 1 point different than before the pandemic. Now I lost my job like millions of others ... I never asked them to float a payment or did I miss a payment during these crazy times .... I have Doordarshan installed cart and many more apps to make my payments onwhat I had already.... now I'm back to work and I asked to add to my line of credit I asked for help and they told me no I'm not good enough anymore ... so I was good enough whenever l everything was good but now no more help for a many year client that has paid my loans back to this establishment now no help because they want to scalp people like anywhere companies they car nothing for there customers they just care about yhe bottome line this disheartening tosay the least

They seem real nice. They are a stickler for following the laws, which is good. The lady who helped me to close out my love ones account after their passing was extremely helpful. There was never an issue with working with them. I would recommend this place.

I'd like to understand how you walk in or pull up to this Credit Union and none of the employees have their mask on but insist you put yours on as they decide to put theirs on? Or when a teller helps you at the window she pulls her mask up as she comes to the window and then does your trascation at the drive through window and pulls her mask down. Then proceeds to return to you and NOT even re put the mask on? Then on top of it you tell them medical condition and they can't help you in the drive through. So I will gladly and proudly take myself to another credit union to give them my business. 😊😊

      Response from the owner

The bank doesn't seem to have any issues, my family has had accounts there since before I was born. Loans and other services are handled nicely and efficiently. The only bad reviews I see are stuck up jerks that think they know everything and have delays due to Covid-19 that's out of the banks control. They have a user friendly app that I use for bill pay and deposits with no fees

I have never been treated as poorly and disrespected as I was today by the Teller, Katelyn. All I wanted was to help my SON! I was not controlling him. I was trying to keep a stressful situation from becoming any more stressful for my child. Most moms I know do this when it comes to their children.

Sonny was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get a new car. She was there for me on call during the whole process, and even when the car lot tried to pull one over on me she immediately caught their mistake and helped me get them to fix it. 5 stars 10/10

Very rude and condescending. The employees treat you like you are not importing. I'm sorry, but without us customers, you would not have a job. Please work on your customer service skills. Also, they gave us bad advice and then got upset when we called them out on it. Lady, you messed up, just admit it and apologize. Whoever Mary had helping her close out the account must not have been the same lady we had.

Immediately greeted by receptionist, and logged in. Subsequent customer service non-existent. No other lobby traffic. I left.

      Response from the owner

Hello Daniel, we apologize for the inconvenience and do wait on our membership on a first come first serve basis. Given the increased traffic around the holidays we do our best to keep wait times down as much as possible. If you would like to discuss please reach out to us at 618-254-0605. Had some problems with a loan I applied for and Tim Carter came in the office and saved the day for me. Very professional. They work with you to make sure your issues are addressed and fixed.

Great credit union, excellent services, and easy managing. I rate it 4 stars because of the fraud users that easily hack the account holders with this bank. Happened to us unfortunately, but they are very reliable putting your money back. The police officer says it's been hacked often, same as anyone else though.
