  Arnold was great, we drove to Miami from Pittsburgh in my friends truck and were towed within minutes of parking. We did not read the loading zone sign. Anyhow we were so upset and not sure what to do and Arnold was a lifesaver . He guided us through the whole process. Was so kind and patient!!!!!! Thanks to him for all his help..
