Korinn Fazendin1I think this back is actually worse than Wells Fargo and I had no idea that was possible. I had closed my accounts in November if 2020, and what do you know, there is more stimulus money! Well, the bank is suppose to return the money to the IRS but guess what? It never was. For my 2nd AND 3rd stimulus. So now I still haven’t received either, I’ve been back and forth between this dumb bank and the IRS and I’ve gotten nowhere. It’s like they don’t want to help you. And I’m pretty sure someone here stole my money because how does the IRS not receive not only 1 but 2 rejected stimulus payments?

Tyler Ott1The staff I have spoke with have been incredibly helpful however in a situation where they accepted payments on a loan that was no longer being serviced by them their true colors started to show. I called in and requested to speak to a manager about their finance department not returning the payment and a week later they had made no attempt to contact me. I understand how busy businesses are but choosing to not respond in a matter like this make them look uninterested in helping their members. I would not recommend this credit union. There are much better credit unions that are more organized in the area.

Jaime Barry1For all online and phone payments they have a $12 "convenience fee". It's 2018, online banking is no longer a convenience in the banking word, it's apart of the industry. This is the only bank the I have crossed that has this fee. At $12 a month that's $144 a year. On just a 36 month car loan it will add $432 to use their "convenient" online banking payment system. This should be taken into consideration along with the interest rate, even though they might have the lowest rate this fee really adds up.

Ryan Oliver2If you want a financial Institution that operates like its 1890 then this is the place for you. Very inconvenient hours and good luck actually talking to someone if you try to call. The only reason that I didn't give them one star is the people are at least very friendly and they have free popcorn on fridays.

Kevin Jungels1Sat on hold for over 20 minutes trying to get ahold of someone to ask 2 simple questions (never actually talked to anyone). I've had 2 loans through this place and I would think twice before I get a third. Very disappointing.

Glenn Roberts1Stay away from this town unless you like to be harassed and ticketed by the local police. Officer Hagen apparently is trying to make a name for himself and is already well known in town and about. After my bad experience while driving through town, I have spoken with others who have also experienced his wrath. I will bring no more business to this town.

Atwell Andre3Basic credit union, nobody is perfect, they lose 2 stars because their branch ATM doesnt allow for Cash deposits, which my prior 4 credit unions did.
