  The closing agent was good and very knowledgeable however she was not vaccinated she did wear a mask and we were kind enough to let her into our home some other people would not allow that you want to make sure that people that come to other homes are vaccinated and meet with the CDC guidelines

  Too many errors, too much being put on the seller to assist the closer of the loan.. i.e., on the day of closing, asked to go to the bank and verify that there is no outstanding balance on a HELOC.... (not my job) should have been done 2 weeks ago. Asked to come in and sign closing docs without being told that I need to bring the "Original" POA, a certified copy wouldn't bo ok. I had to go back h.ome to retrieve. Being told that the Buyer wanted a survey and this was not the buyers expense, when it was.
