  I have never said this on any online review, but I will use it here… Buyer Beware! In our opinion, this was the worst experience we have ever had with a “professional” service of any kind within our lifetime. A settlement company can truly make or break your home buying experience and Christina and Kim found every way they could to break ours. The incompetence and misstatements were so extreme we found it necessary to settle AFTER (on an emergency basis) our agreed upon settlement date and time with another settlement agency. We invested into legal counsel to discuss what extremes she put us through and are considering all options at this time. This is to include a complaint to the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. Please do your homework on this establishment, how it operates and come to your own conclusion before putting your dreams into their hands.

  Mr. Shipe – We apologize you were not satisfied with your experience with Launch Title. We do not comment on specifics of files on the internet. However, we will agree without specifics that this file was a disaster and that fault lied solely with your builder. Throughout the entire process you yourself complained about them. Launch Title complied with every request and title order given to us and regularly communicated with all parties. We did everything in our power to get you to the closing table and followed every procedure and task regard by law and our underwriter. Again, we apologize for your experience but believe your frustration is misdirected at the wrong party and company. We will if needed respond and handle any complaint by the Florida Department of Regulations as required, although we have never had a complaint.
