Lisa Olivera1My husband and I will NEVER do business with this financial institution. Loan had a 15 day grace period and they would call for payment 2 days into the grace period. Why give a grace period if you are going to call and harass my husband. Makes no sense. So we decided to pay the loan off and when we called they wouldn’t take the payment over the phone. We could either drive 2 states away to make the payment or do a wire transfer. Not customer service friendly at all. I will stay with USAA moving forward.

We do place courtesy calls to our clients when they are late to avoid possible negative impact to their credit history. We also offer automatic payment options of course for added convenience. Jeffrey Nelson Stonebiter1This branch isn't bad. Keybank as a whole is the worst bank I have ever had. Now they have held my deposit for over a week. I deposited on Sunday the 17th, funds were supposed to be available on the 19th. Keybank presented the check to Bank of America, it was funded to Keybank and showed as being deposited in my account. The funds are not available in my account!!!! I went to the branch on the 19th and they said a hold had been placed on the check. They collected the money and are keeping it!!!!! I am done with the games! They have now lost my business!

Lindsey Beauregard1I have to call in to pay my loan each month--it was never a problem when it was First Niagra. Since it's been Key Bank, it's been a nightmare. I call and the automated message states it will take 1-3 minutes. I have never gotten through in less than 20 minutes, ever. The automated options are a disaster and it takes 5 minutes to just be "transferred" to a customer service rep--but then you wait on hold for 20 minutes minimum. This is a joke!

Michael Surtees1I have gap insurance with Key. Totaled new car in accident. Geico paid but Key refuses to take action on their Gap coverage. Unfortunately I'll have to take further action. For such a small amount it's just plain unacceptable. If they help me I'll amend my review.
