    Not thrilled at all. A week later and multiple calls later they finally take our car in the shop from the parking lot, then give us attitude because we had done almost all of the work at home, there were a few small things that a mechanic with the right tools was needed for, apparently Jerry's doesn't like to do parts of a job as he stated while muttering and walking away. Almost $400 to pop a hood, charge an ac, charge a battery, and put plastic clips on, never attended to the code for the manifold (the main reason it went in) and lots of attitude from him later... Many of our vehicles have been there over the years but this was the last one. Gave us the car back with the air bag light on, still sputtering because the MAP sensor wasn't even checked, and told us it was fine. Let's just say if something happens to the engine or we get into an accident with no airbags we know who will pay for the replacement vehicle and medical bills

    For starters, your car was towed in without an appointment, and it was explained to your partner that we were booked out for at least week before it was towed in, and she advised that there was no rush. Within just a day or two, the daily phone calls began and by the time it was picked up, your partner was here before we were even ready for her under pressures to take this vehicle to TX! Second, we assume no responsibility for repairs performed by you. This was a deer hit that you repaired yourself so let's be clear that we are not responsible for the work you performed. Your allegations here are the exact reason why shops should not take in work such as this. The airbag light is your responsibility as the repairers of the comprehensive damages of your deer hit, and will likely require follow up with a dealer for reprogramming at a minimum, if not additional repair. Third, and as clearly indicated on your invoice, the check engine light was not on while the vehicle was here so there was nothing to diagnose - neither a manifold code (which was never mentioned on your list), nor a MAP sensor code. The vehicle came in with a weak battery which wipes the onboard computer's memory, clearing any codes, and leaving us with nothing to diagnose. The vehicle would have to be driven for monitor readiness which can take as much as 100 miles or more for codes to reset. Fourth, we don't use customer supplied parts, all of which is clearly posted in multiple locations in our shop. When you go out to eat, do you bring your own steak? Despite this policy, we did you the courtesy of using your oil & filter. At least those were the correct parts, unlike the rear rotors & pads that you supplied to us expecting us to put them on the front! I'm sorry for the delayed response to your scathing review, but since the vehicle came in under your partner's name, it took a bit to figure out what was going on here. Best wishes to you and good luck in finding a new service provider that can better meet your expectations.

    Jerry's collision is a good mechanic shop. They've worked on my car for 2yrs now for maintenance care and at times a check engine light. Their prices I feel are fair. No sudden fluctuating. They never do work on a car until they've cleared it with the customer which I like. The front desk staffing is great always helpful and friendly. Great people.

    Had a recent situation where I dropped my kayak on the fender of my suv. I came to Jerry's on a recommendation from a friend. The work was top notch and I came to Jerry's on a recommendation from a friend. The work was top notch and exceeded my expectations when completed. The staff were all professional and friendly throughout the process. I would definitely use this body shop again if I were to need one. If you are looking for a body shop I highly recommend you reach out to them to at least get a quote.

    Had my car inspected. Very nice people to deal with! My brakes were acting up. They took me in asp. Within 24 hrs. brakes were brand new. Reasonable. My husband & I will be using Jerry's, from now on. Great service!

    Superlative! It does not get better than this! I hit a deer; not good. Wrecked the front end of my brand new Jeep Trailhawk Compass, and you can imagine... I went to Jerry's collision in Wurtsboro and was actually taken aback by the sheer professionalism, know-how and efficiency of Jerry and his team. He ensured I got all new factory parts and had the job completed in under three days. Really! Great people! Great work! Excellent pricing!!! I recommend him wholeheartedly and would only use his establishment for repairs. Top notch, all the way around!!!!

    So far, very friendly, very clean place. They are charging me $25 less per tire for the exact same tires I bought at Chuck's Auto repair up the street.

    My mother and grandmother went to this place for years. To find out the work they were paying for was never actually done. The vehicle’s were taken to another shop because every time they went to Jerry’s it was $500-$700. So we got a second opinion. Where they told us the work we had paid for wasn’t done. It’s just a shame that Jerry’s would take advantage of two elderly women.

    These are very serious allegations. What you describe is not how we do business. There are other shops with similar names (both in the area and across the country).
