  I just have to share my experiences I've had with Invictus Title over the past few years because they have been so good to me, my team, and my clients! We close on about 60-70 properties each year and have chosen to use a title company that gives excellent service. Nikol and Brian are like family and are always quick to respond, flexible with settlements after hours, knowledgeable, and great with our clients. I noticed a poor review from a buyer we had a few years ago and it was a bit shocking. There are so many moving pieces involved in a transaction. Sometimes the blame for a poor experience can fall on one persons shoulders. Title doesn't create the documents, they present what the lenders send over for signature. At the end, if there was a time crunch, it was only to ensure the buyer can get keys on that day. I apologize to Justin for his negative experience and only hope that he has been enjoying his new home. Happy Holidays Invictus!! We love you!
