  The customer service at this establishment is absolutely ridiculous. My husband's watch was stolen out of my car when it was broken into a month or so back as well as my son's backpack and school laptop. The woman I spoke to laughed at the situation and in her exact words said "good luck with that" referring to getting my husband's watch back. A police report was filed and still they won't tell us the name of the person who sold it to them. I never asked them to give me the watch back as I understand they purchased it from "said person". All I asked for was a little cooperation with information of any kind on the person who stole from my family. She had a disgusting attitude. I would have gladly taken a "I'm sorry ma'am we can not disclose that information" but no. I got the furthest from it. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible place of business in my opinion.

  All pawn transactions are private with us, We are sorry your unlocked car was broken into and why you left your child's backpack and laptop in it we will never know but we told you only a detective can get the information you were requesting. Furthermore the date your husband gave us for the theft did not concur with our records. We have had the watch for a longer time period and can prove it. We said good luck with the police responding because they are simply overwhelmed. And the cussing you used over the phone is uncalled for and trashy. Please listen to the police, lock your car and don't leave valuables in it.

  Nice folks to deal with the owner is very knowledgeable about car audio and has an awesome selection of subwoofers for your vehicle I’ve been all the pawnshops and he has the nicest and biggest collection by far

  Love this place. David and the lady associate are amazing. Oh and if you have an extra minute or two ask David for the story behind some of the things behind the counter. Top notch comedy.

  I received awesome customer service from this very nice lady that works there (sorry, I didn't catch her name, but she works the jewelry displays). I also got a nice deal on a beaitiful ring that I am going to use as my engagement/wedding ring until we can upgrade. I highly recommend this place & I will return for any future jewelry needs!

  Go inside the store to get a estimate on a Tiffany bracelet and a Dian Melouf ring only to be told its fake! I call my wife on speaker and guy hears my wife say she went into New York store herself to get them. Only for him to say shes a liar when she hung up! That didnt go well! Funny thats the 4th place i went and this is the first i hear of it being fake!!! So WATCHOUT PPL THIS GUY CANT EVEN RECOGNIZE SILVER!!!

  I don't know who I spoke with whenever I walked in but he was pretty rude so I'm sure it's safe to say I'll never go back there I wasn't in that store for a whole 2 minutes. Now Barry's pawn shop next door it was very welcoming and friendly.

  I have been dealing with David at Hy's Pawn Shop for a couple of years now. He has been very helpful and very fair in his dealings with me. I would recommend Hys's Pawn shop to anyone who needs a little cash fast or wants to get a good deal. They are very friendly.

  I’ve been buying/selling with Hy’s for years. Always friendly and fair on prices. I’d rather drive 20 more minutes to Madison from Hendersonville just to come here!

  Looked at one item several times over a few days. Each time was welcomed and allowed to exam and test the item. Very helpful, accommodating and very good pricing. Will be back and recommend.
