  As a real estate agent and broker owner I have used more than my fair share of title companies and after finding closing and title services a few years ago I have been nothing but pleased. I always give my clients a few options to choose from but I do my due diligence and explain the pros and cons of each place.   As a REALTOR, I find Closing & Title Services to be extremely professional, very responsive, consistently accurate and overall an A+++ organization. The staff AND owner go out of their way, often way out of their way, to make sure that their customers are taken care of.   We paid extra to have them ensure that the money was wired to the bank for the closing on our next home. After several days it still hadn't been done. We had to call, have them look into it, and fix it. Pretty sure I shouldn't have to call and check up on you to make sure you do your job right. And if I do, then maybe a refund is in order. 😡
