      It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with GM Financial. I was rear-ended and GM financial told me to send the insurance check to them and they would send a check back. I never received one. So I called and they put the check on my account! They told me I needed to send the bill from body shop and pictures. They never said anything about needing that before or I would've sent it with the check. Now here we are today, that information was sent at the beginning of the week and my car will be done today and no check. By the reviews I'm worried they won't ever send it.

      The WORST financing company i’ve EVER had to deal with. I sold my car because of all the issues i’ve had in regards to the service, the people, nobody could ever answer my questions. i was supposed to get a refund check mailed out to me after selling my car in october and i NEVER got one. tried to reach out to someone and they told me there’s nothing they could do if it was mailed out. DONT EVER FINANCE THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!

      Customer service sucks! The people are SO RUDE! They don’t even help solve your problems. They have been giving me the run around for months now. I would never deal with them again. I’ve never had to deal with anything like this or experience such horrible customer service and it’s every phone.

      I paid off my account week ago. I asked to help me to receive the title release (or email/fax copy of this) as soon as possible. I agreed to pay any extra amount to rush this process. I provided my FedEx account to have it overnighted. But since that nothing happened. Every time I talk to the customer service I get a completely different response and no one willing to do anything to help. I have all the screenshots that prove it. I was a good customer that never late and never missed a payment. Paid off my loan, and got very poor service after that. 😤 PS: My account was completely paid on Jul 11 (according to your website) Today is July 17, and I still don't know when I'm going to get my title release.

      I’m an Army veteran whom suffers from PTSD. There was a time where I had a bad episode and forgot a payment. My husband and I are good people and we just let one get by us but they don’t care, our credit has been destroyed from one missed payment while I was dealing with me not trying to hurt myself. Not proud of it, just adds to the stress and anxiety that these guys won’t even budge. They don't care what life throws at you. This is our second vehicle with them, will be our last.

      Absolute poor Customer Service, if I could give ZERO stars I would.. During a Global Pandemic of all times.. Called in for a deferment as times have recently got a little chaotic. I was told that I had been approved for 2 months, signed the deferment agreement and then was told that my next payment would not be till June. Received a call today requesting payment and that I was 10 days late. I questioned all of this as I was already approved for the deferment for April and May. She proceeds to apologize for the inconvenience and states there was nothing she could do, she proceeds to request payment with no explanation as to why GM financial approved me then backtracked and said "Sorry, it wasn't approved". Great work GM Financial!

      Only car company I have used that will not skip a payment. Ive always done it once a year when needed. Now Covid-19 is here and you better bet they still want their money. Not a happy camper, will not use them again after this. Lesson learned.

      This is one of the best finance companies if not the best I have ever dealt with. They called me when I was behind a note and help me to place the note on the end of loan. I got lined out I was between jobs and they gave me a chance to get current. They will always get first chance in any fiancing I need. I cannot say enough good about this company and how they treated me.

      Double charged my account through their auto pay system. Called customer service just to be blamed (sure u didn't make a payment then put it on autopay) for a known flawed system then to be told they can't stop or return one payment,now I'm stuck with the overdraft and Bill's off track. Instead of blaming folks fix it folks. We know y'all see the reviews.

      Worst Ever paid my car note a whole year and fell behind one time they act like they couldn’t help me but I kept calling back and found someone that understood my situation and she really helped a lot. Cannot wait until tax time to trade in my car an hope go with someone else.
